I used to be like that but I started to feel way better when I began to take action and finish things that I was worried about. Stress and anxiety are body responses for us to take action. The more action you take, the better you will feel.

Trite platitudes dont help when you're dealing with depression. As someone who conquered it I want.to encourage you with what I've done. Start by eliminating any bad habits you have such as alcohol, junk food and overeating which is a common coping mechanism. Eating a high meat high protein diet has helped me a lot. 1 become a citizen scientist rather than relying on what the Drs tell you. It's a rare doctor that understands anything about nutrition. They usually hand out prescription drugs in my experience that they didn't work for me plus a side effects were horrible. A nutritional deficiency can be a big part of the cause. Research the top supplements to help with depression. Help me a lot. 2 exercise is critical. Move! If you're not an exerciser start with Walking. 20 minutes a day and get sun in your eyes and on your skin. 3 stopped declaring that you have depression I never say I have anything no matter if they tell me I have it. Positive denial is a proven technique. People say my arthritis, my AFib! Don't own it. 4 community is very important. Live life with others. Don't you feel better when you're with other people? Find affinity groups people that like what you like. Find a walking partner or several. Live Laugh. When something makes me laugh I force myself to laugh really hard exuberantly even if it's not that funny. 5 fake it till you make it. This goes along with number three. How would somebody that happy interact, talk, what would they look like. Positive mental attitude is choice. 6 who do you need to forgive? What grudges are you holding on to? Someone has said that depression is anger turned inward. If someone wrong you welcome to life. Life's is not fair . Don't let unforgiveness steal your joy and happiness. Unforgiveness is like drinking poison and expecting it to hurt the other person. The reality is it's hurting you. 7 start a gratitude journal and add three things everyday that you're grateful for. Over time you'll realize you have a lot of things to be grateful for Add choose to focus on that. 8 start a daily habit of listening to positive messages and filling your mind with that. Along with that speak positive affirmations to yourself. You probably don't have any but RU-vid is full of affirmations you can listen to so you can write out your own affirmations. 9 Light up someone else's day. Do something for someone else that's less fortunate than you can never repay you. Become a beacon of hope and lighy to others. Extreme givers are seldom depressed. The time it took to write this is my gift to you and it makes me happy to give it. 10 pray! Prayer has been proven scientifically along with all the other strategies to be a powerful tool in your arsenal. God did not create to be depressed and he wants you to win this battle So let Him be part of the process. My faith in Jesus Christ has been a huge today people tell me I'm one of the happiest most positive people they know. Jesus said ask and you shall receive, see can you shall find, not and it will be opened up to you. These are the strategies to beat depression. It's a fight you can win. Don't expect this to be a perfect process. There will be good days and bad but the good days will help you keep hope alive and over time there will be more good days than bad days until you are no longer depressed . Believe it!

Of course when you live this is your time. You feel your living time from thanksgiving
