I was a fan of Hendrix from a young age saw him live when he appeared on tour with the Walker brothers, and as i once mentioned before my mother met him and his group in the theatre which they performed in and she also worked there they had come back the following morning to collect their instruments, she went to get his autograph and he offered her a cigarette he was about to light it for her but then she thought that i would like it as a souvenir and to this day i still have it all be it is dry and wizened now a bit like myself .....She did say how polite he was and instead of turning his back on her as he was walking out he walked backwards to say goodbye, nice man.

Pretty remarkable I believe it was intentional on Jimi’s part Handel was a massive influence of his Sinéad

@@Sineadlondontourguide superb Sinead, I have always been a huge Jimi Hendrix since I was a kid, I seen lots lots of gigs , the one I would above to all others wished I had seen was Jimi at the Scotch of St James in Masons Yard. I didn’t know that Sinead, that Handel was a big influence on Jimi, Fantastic knowledge from you. Have you ever seen the drawings on the wall in a room in Soho, by the sex pistols , when they were either squatting or renting in the very early days of the Pistols , I’ve seen a film of them , they are very much a for runner of John Lydon pictures of today , they were only rediscovered several years ago. The Handel / Hendrix museum is now on my list , did you realise when you looked in the Mirror in Hendrix bedroom Jimi had actually looked into the same mirror , Fantastic Great video Sinead. 😊🏴‍☠️

@@Sineadlondontourguide Oh, I've been here Sinead, watching your stellar progression from afar (relatively, in Northern Ireland!). Your recent Jubilee content was wonderful and brought the grandeur and scale of the weekend to our homes around the world. I'm really wanting to see you bring us tours of New York in the near future. A St. Patricks day feature from the Big Apple next year would be a wonderful watch for sure..... hint, hint to the company! I still have in mind to pop over to London to join your Jack the Ripper tour at some stage. I'd love to do a tour of Brixton with Jessica too seeing as that's where I was born and haven't seen for 30 odd years. Her recent video there was fantastic. Hopefully will get those done this year. Keep up your fabulous work Sinead.... and thank you.

Was fortunate enough to visit Handel House back in 2012 on a Visit to England. One of my Favourite Composers of all time. They have preserved his home very well. Amazing Jimi lived right next door all those years later.

I went to airborne school, in the early 80s. One of my instructors had served in the Army, with Jimi. Said he made it through jump school, just couldn't adjust to Army life, so got out. Not a huge fan, amazing guitarist, and interesting tour, as always.

They should have psychedelic clothes, posters from the old concerts scarfs, hippi stuff if ya want me to go.paint the rooms different colors to make it look right. A black light room. Hippi jewelry, beads amber turquoise African trading beads if you want it to be athenic.osridge feathers good.more candlesBlacklight posters etc candelabrasCrystals and lots of candles Black and white some thin some thick candelabras. Peacock and osridge feathers .Tyedye hanging up. Cool rugs, a mosquito net around bed, cool pillows velvet curtains purple or red.india table clothes beaded lamps with material over them.
