As a very active amateur musician, I can say that finding good band mates is the hardest part. You really lucked out finding a drummer with so much power, chops, groove, vibe and mojo.

I saw Hendrix in concert three months before he died. Stood in front of him taking photos of him in all his purple glory. After the encore, he reached down to give me his guitar pick but a big burly guy jostled me aside & grabbed it instead. Other than that it was a great show. Whenever I hear "Purple Haze", those are the memories it evokes. Now it'll also make me think of Trench & Maple and their unique musical talents (& charm). 💙🐶🎶🎸☮✌💙
