There's a Korean word "끼부리다" which is close to describing it and BTS members have used it on Jimin a few times before, and I think the closest English equivalent would be "flirtatious" but that's not really it, that doesn't do justice at all to what Jimin has. He shows it off everywhere including on stage, and you can't really call his stage performance a "flirt" so...It's a combination of his natural talent, well trained skills, the personality, the energy, the charisma and the general aura about him that you can't really put a word to. Jimin is who got me into BTS cuz he stood out at first for some reason, and if I show BTS videos to non-Armys, Jimin usually is the one that catches their eyes and make them go "who's that guy, what's his name".
