@@robingipps7192 Nah Joy doesn’t know basketball she’s just up there with two guys that played football and a journalist so it makes it seem like she knows what she’s talking about
Nobody talking abt how Jimmy made Murray go to his left when he was trying to go right on that last shot. Lotta players wouldn’t have known to do that.
Absolute baller defense. Jimmy is on a mission this year! I just hope everything goes OK with his father and he makes it through his health issues. God Bless that family!
@@SD_Chosen dude…. All female sports analysts are beautiful women and Joy is the first one I don’t mind listening to. Haha. She was also great with Colin Cowherd. Joy really shines here though because the rest of the panel is usually garbage.
Joy is freaking saving this show, you deserve your own show Joy.Ancho count your blessings you have Joy because Shady doesn’t know what he is talking about,he is just a hater.
It’s ridiculous how Miami wins and they say it’s because Denver played bad. Denver had a 15 point lead and lost. They didn’t play bad, miami just played better 💯
‘If they played up to their ability… NEARLY sent it to OT’ But did they? Didn’t Miami’s defense force any of those Denver turnovers? Stop making excuses and offering up hypotheticals.
@@leetraviusmckay2919everyone keeps saying this but no team is going to play their best all game every game. You could say the same thing “if heat played their best they’d win” don’t you see how bad that logic is
For me, the best thing about these finals is we as fans and observers are talking about the game as a whole. We’re talking about matchups. We’re talking about strategies. We’re even talking about the coaches. This is a great matchup between two very good teams. But most importantly we’re not talking about the referees
For real. I'm very careful about charging people with stuff. But I agree here. Acho's opinions don't hold much weight for me. I feel like his judgements are clouded a lot, although no doubt he's trying to be analytical. I felt the same with Rick. I feel overall Joy is sharper and a clearer, more careful thinker.
jimmy bam drob gabe UD - these guys were in the bubble finals. they know what to do in these moments. they been here. experience is the ultimate sensei
Slick is not paying attention. Jimmy was guarding Jokic, and Gabe was guarding Jamal first. They pre-switched in anticipation of the high pick and roll. Jokic has confidence Jamal can make that shot but Jimmy was ready to contest it
Thank you Joy for being the only person in the sport world that believes in the Heat and when we shock the world I can’t wait to see the faces 😂😂Heat 🔥in 6
🔥 2nd half defense was very good. Had no problem with Malone not calling a TO. Murray makes tough shots and got a little space with the stepback. Butler good contest
This series is proving that the best player on the team doesn’t have to be the team’s best scorer. Game 1 Jokic had the most assists, they won. Game 2 Jimmy had the most assists, they won.
That’s why Malone is a coach and not achoo💀💀 do these analysts not get paid to watch the dam games? Jamal was getting clamped on the half sets with the defense set so they wanted to keep the game going so the heat wouldn’t get set on defense and he had a good shot he just missed it happens 💀💀mfs talk like they know more than these coaches in the finals
What’s so funny to me as a neutral fan is seeing how much the media and hot take culture has fans on a string….. if Denver wins next game expect “Nuggets in 5”…. Then Miami wins next game “Heat in 6”… so on and so on. I don’t know how y’all don’t get whiplash with these constant bi polar takes on everything
I agree with the last point. Should’ve called a time out and faked a Murray 3 but pass to jokic shot over small Vincent. Nuggets don’t know themselves yet. Experience point was huge too
In GAME 1 the NUGGETS did NOT roll the HEAT. The HEAT missed 16 WIDE open 3s. That's NOT rolling a TEAM when you GIVE up that MANY wide OPEN shots. That's CALLED getting LUCKY!!!
TBH. the last second shot is fine. I just did not like jokic screening for murray. Vincent was on murray and when jokic went to screen Jimmy switched. Murray should've pushed Jokic off
The Bucks and the Celtics are better teams than the Nuggets, the Heat basically annihilated both of them. The Heat are not a fluke, regardless of the injuries to the Bucks and Celtics (game 7 at least), the Heat lost 2 of their top contributors. They're are just functioning like a well oiled machine because that is what they are. Great teamwork, great adjustments, great coaching, and an extremely strong will. And not to mention, Butler's father is suffering from a serious health issue and he hasn't played great the last several games, he played well enough, but not "great" yet. Just wait until Himmy Buckets starts scoring 35+ a game. The Heat are winning this series, I firmly believe that.
Shaq hit the nail on the head when it comes to the Nuggets' greatest weakness. Denver lacks the killer instinct to step on the other team's neck when they are down. They allow their opponents back into the game far too often. And it's not limited to this series, these playoffs, or even this season. Whether it's the TWolves, the Suns, the Lakers, or the Heat, the opponent doesn't matter. In game 1 we were showed a prime example of this issue. The Nuggets were way up at the end of the third quarter and looked to be cruising to victory, then they started the 4th quarter with a total lack of focus and allowed the Heat to go on an 8-0 run, forcing Malone to call a time-out and set them straight. If the Nuggets can overcome this weakness, they should win the final in 5. If they can't, it'll be a long battle.
People keep sayin, "The Nugs didnt play great" without giving the Heat any credit for that. Like JJ Reddick said a few days ago. "The Heat muck up games, they dont win pretty." Heat D is fking up Denvers Flow and this is gonna continue. Plenty of ways for the Heat to steal more games in this series.
Did Shady really watch the games cuz he said Jokic didn’t score a lot in game 1 but he had a game high 27 points in that game so what’s he talkin about?
11:37 - 11:52 ? who is the better coach … the ones who matter know who is the better coach so idk that decision seemed up to about par for the course imo
There is a reason these people are on Fox Sports. How can a team win a game on the road in the finals yet two of the analysts are saying that team doesnt have chance to win the series?!? Makes no sense to me how oblivious they are to that. Especially after the beat the two teams with better records than the team they are playing now... it's stupid
I think the coach was right not using timeout. The extent was to shoot the three. If its only two, then you have to set a play and you have option to make a play: a two or a three. But in that case, they need a three. So if they call a timeout, that make the other team more organize and make sure to pack beyond the arc and not worry about the two.
Murray played badly and the Nuggets will pay for it, the Nuggets go as he goes Joke gonna be his consistent high self it's Murray who's got to be the explosive bucket getter.
