I think this is an interesting setup. Give the guest the desk/platform and Chris and Mike essentially just sit in the audience chairs. The way you've been doing it is weird because Mike just has to stare at the side of the guests head.

I love History and how he brings the intellectual stuff into the comedy is sheer gold 😂 that’s another reason I love watching Shane Gillis too … and George Carlin .. I know silly and goofy comedy is cool and funny .. but you get the best of both worlds wit people like Chris and Carlin .. Chapelle’s another one who’s a smart motherfucker and that’s one of the reasons he’s so hilarious 😂

When they’re talking about an audience being a part of the show (around 28:00) it made a lot of sense to me and reminded me of a Chris D’Elia show about a month ago I went to in Richmond,VA. This guy was recording (D’Elia posted the clip of it) with the light on and he joked around with him and at the end was actually nice but at one point says…. ‘This isn’t a movie, this is real! I can see you!’ Lol and I do think some people genuinely think of it as a movie that continues in front of them completely separated from the audience but especially in comedy we’re in a way sculpting the show. That said.. just laugh don’t yell things out thinking you’re improving the show lol
