I'm not sure there is an acapella version of the vocals (that was ever publicly released anyway). Because it's Happy Hardcore music. This is a pretty common characteristic of the genre when it was first being produced in the early-mid 90s. It set it apart from other harder breakbeat styles at the time (Jungle/DnB).
