I've trained hunting dogs for five decades. Fact: formal training for a hunter begins at or after 18 months... before that the dog is a baby then a toddler. They can't focus and retain how to find and point and return to the owner before that in a consistent manner. It takes time and bonding with your hound. Period

Srtters, pointers and retrievers are the best bird dogs...they just follow their nose when they work a field. Usually only half of the country bothers to vote. So, adjust the figures accordingly and t rump's support is miniscule, and declining. Allegedly half of the USA supports trump! Remember that Polling uses only a tiny sample of people from a cross section of society and a lot depends on how questions are asked and how they are answered. We are often talking about a sample size of one or two thousand. In the States you may get a sample size of 3000 to 5000 people from 'Battleground States' and how do you think that compares with a total population of over 300 Million?? That's a lot of room for error. Polling is usually done over the phone around dinner time when people are home and a lot more educated people are either busy and/or screen their phone calls and so don't get included in a polling sample. That's just at the data collection point, then you have people filtering through the results and the way that is done can skew the results.
