True. However, many who turn their life around only do so AFTER a great fall. It is then that the embarrassment of what is brought to light causes them to see life through a different lens. Obviously people think just because your a Christian you don't sin. If you think that then you need to reevaluate yourself. Being a Christian is a battle against sin. The difference between a Christian is knowing you sin, repent, believe Jesus died for your sins, know you are forgiven, know you can not defeat sin using your own strength.
