So I finished Tekken 8 story mode, actually one of the best story modes on a fighting game, adn the finale had me wanting more of this theme, so that's why i'm uploading the theme
Tekken 8 Jin🤝DMC 5 Nero Missing important parts of your moveset at the beginning of the game and gaining them all back by beating up your dad while a remix of your theme song plays
@@DynoSkrimisherDuring one of the mini cutscenes after he knocks Jin down (again), you can see Kazuya smirk as Jin gets back up. If nothing else Kazuya enjoys a good fight.
Not only the theme, but his old style. What an awesome way to show through gameplay that he's come full circle and accepted himself. I hope Tekken 9 Jin uses his style from the end, a fusion of his T4 Karate, his old style/DVJ moves and his mother's. Fully actualized Jin.
NOOOOOOOO im hurt af. Now that I've seen gameplay of the story I want that and Spoilers all of the other Jin's playable please and thank you@@Josekok18
When you’re an a shonen protagonist, you’re getting getting your ass whooped, you start to remember your friends, and then your theme song starts playing.
@@TehParismioto be fair, he did spend all of Tekken 7 in self-imposed exile living in the desert to try and atone, and he’s still clearly guilty about Tekken 6.
As an OG, what most failed to realize is Jin already washed Kazuya in Tekken 4... If anything in this one he's pretty much gaining his confidence back after all of that stuff happened with him in Tekken 6
I cried so much when Jin tightened his glove and this theme kicked in, felt like I was kid playing Tekken 3 with my brothers in our room at my Nana’s house on the PS1 all over again. All my old combos just started flooding back like I was reliving my childhood all over again. Literally one of the best moments in a fighting game ever and one I won’t ever forget
I used to play Tekken 3 on Keyboard. My attacking keys were A S D W. Somehow i got a habit of play T3 with my hands crossed (Right hand on A S D W keys, and Left hand on Direction Keys). I played the whole Tekken 8 on a controller. But when this theme played, i threw my controller, back to my keyboard. Crossed my hands again. And gave kazuya a nice beating. Thankyou Namco.
> Jin fixes his gauntlet > This theme kicks up > Muscle memory of getting my ass beat by my cousins kicks in GOD this theme is amazing and this moment is even more hype
Honestly I like how instead of just ignoring 6’s weird mischaracterization altogether, they instead made it a core part of 8’s story, it’s always much harder to take a previous blunder and use it to service a new story and I respect the writing team A LOT for choosing the hard option when doing this story
This story mode legit got me. I wanted more immediately. But most importantly i felt like we were all seen as fans. They really pulled off a great Story mode. And kinda finished Jins character arc. No more broody ass anti hero one time villian. Hes free from the chains that binded him in the story..... for now
Man, I cried during this part so much. Tekken has been a huge part of my childhood. Speculating Jin's story with my friends back then. Playing throughout this scenario brought me back to a special place in my memories. Back on that stool in front of my friend's Playstation 1. ❤
@@daytonaspringer6785 you said it... Ryu, for me, is the Goat I mean, yeah it's pretty basic take, but he went from an orphan, to someone who is the closest to actual ilumination in his entire franchise, he had a rough upbringing but thanks to ken and many others he managed to push forward, and now he's basically playing new game plus My only counter-argument against Jin is his angelic form, it looks downright AMAZING but (this might be my low knowledge of Tekken speaking) it kind of comes out of nowhere? TL;DR: Ryu is the Goat because he's now on New Game+ doing side-quests
@@zeroderorero3948 I would definitely say Ryu is the more iconic protagonist because he was the first. I just feel like Jin is just a more cooler version of Ryu the fighting style, the way he dresses, and the guy could turn into a freaking Devil and now Angel also he rides a freaking motorbike. That’s why I always gave him the edge over Ryu, but not saying he could beat Ryu.
I watched my friend play through the story last night. Not only was the finale one of the most intense anime style fights ever, this theme came on and we all popped off. I knew those riffs anywhere and it hyped us all up so much he perfected that round.
The only Tekken game I ever played before 8 was Tekken 3 back when I was a kid so I only have faint memories of the game, but when Jin’s theme started playing it’s like it unlocked a vault of memories and reminded me why I fucking loved Tekken back then and why I love it again now, this shit kicking in when Jin goes back to Mishima style and starts beating Kazuya’s ass was SUBLIME
This Remastered remix of T3 Jin's theme playing during the 2nd phase of the final battle with Kazuya not only made me hype asf this made realized that Harada went all out on production and i salute him for it Deserves to be nomimated for Fighting Game of the year or better game of the year!
just finished the story, for a second i did'nt know why i had goosebumps, then it dawned on me that it was Jin's theme from Tekken 3 i was pumped up, then i realized he can use Mishima-Style i was even more hyped!
Not just slapped, but he was getting a full dosage of EWGF (or well, Jin's version of it) once more, because clearly Heihachi dying didn't mean he was going to avoid getting those in this life.
TEKKEN 8 is a one big love letter to its long-time fans. All character select themes at a Tournament arc, T5 an T6 music in Devils Power recovery fights - all this was to bring us here. In this final chapter of a game. First it was hidden character remix from T3. And finally Jin making T3 box art pose and THIS theme hits. I was almost crying from joy, me, a casual Tekken player from 3 to 8. And even i, after all these years, when Jins theme started subconciously understood, that Jin unlocked Mishima Style and started round with the EWGF. Thank you, Harada and Namco, for a chance to relive these memories again.
If the creator of Jin's original theme comes here and reads the comment, I have only one question : how did you get the inspiration to imagine this song ? Man, you are blessed FOREVER by millions of fans. This theme has the answer to the meaning of life, its so powerful, inspiring, motivating !!! I could say so many things about it !!!
Well, everyone forgets why Jin even started it. First, he was slowly getting posessed by Azazel, second, he was trying to destroy Azazel and prevent Kazuya from getting his power. While Jin did evil things, his motives were still noble.
@@user-sm6gn3nl6oI also chalked it up to him having gotten to his absolute lowest point and just sought to draw Azazel out the hard way, thinking things would resolve once he erased the devil source. Kinda forgot his gramps and bio daddy still had a mean ol grudge going on.
As soon as I heard this I thought "Nah, cant be mishima style T3 Jin" Instantly attempted spinning demon, and it worked! And just like that, I was 8 years old all over again :')
Jin Kazama came a long way from where he began. Even succeeded where Jun failed by erasing the Devil Factor from Kazuya and even himself. A true Kazama.
It's odd, I grew up with T5 and only went back to T3 after that game made me curious to check out the rest of the series, yet hearing this theme while it dawned on me that I were finally playing as a version of Jin that fuflilled my dream of experiencing a Jin moveset that combines the best of both worlds by giving him access to his old Mishima moves while letting him stance switch on top of it gave me a palpable sense of nostalgia and satisfaction that I really weren't prepared for.
Man, reading the comments here. Its like people forgot jin started ww3 to spawn and kill azazel. He was never a bad guy. From start to end his goal was the end of the devil gene, by any means necessary. He did fucked up shit, but calling him evil in 6 is just wrong
Let's goooooooo.....I knew I was not crazy when I knew the theme was there....was going crazy that not able to find the name of theme.....best tekken 3 redone the 2nd time
I play the story with this theme song from T3 in my mind, and when it start playing the song during Kazuya fight with Mishima-Style, I got goosebumps like everyone else, a child in me jump out of joy playing this
I’m having hard times, and this scene gave me so many memories when I was a happy child, Jin remembered me that no matter what never forget who you are and what you are capable to do, its not about evade the pain, its about face it and forgive yourself
I mean, Angel Jin IS an arcade boss, so maybe won't be as hard to mod in once the avenue is unlocked, but for the Mishima, Kazama, and Composite styles... Who knows
That transition from his more modern moveset to the iconic Tekken 3 style was just one of the most badass moments that I played in a story for a long time
This was a pleasant suprise. Jin is the only character from Tekken 3 to keep his theme song(to my knowledge). Wish they gave everybody a 🔥 remix of their Tekken 3 theme like this.
I’ve only been interested in tekken really recently but I gotta say, for long time fans who played Jin in both 3 and 8, this must have felt like finding your childhood toy again.
The moment when Jin tightens his gauntlet and the red lightning flashes around his fist with this theme playing is THE MOST EPIC THING EVER. Somebody put this in the next game update for the jukebox P L E A S E !!! When this happened in my story mode I almost cried my eyes out, all the nostalgia came rushing in. 🥹🥹🥹 I adore the hardcore rock/metal guitars and drums, and the violins are such an epic touch! This is neck in neck my favourite version of Jin’s theme next to the arcade from Tekken 3.
We played through the story with my friend in one sitting We had a huge *gasp , I mean it, both of us when we heard the start of the song, and when Jin started using Mishima Style. I was 5 when I first played Tekken 3 on my very first console the Ps1. I'll be 26 this year, and because of moments like this in gaming, I realize, we had one heck of an amazing childhood.
I heard this song, saw the Mishima and Kazama stances. Tekken 3 move sets pop in my head. I got to WORK🤌🏾. It felt SOOOOO good using the old move set again. And this remix? Absolutely AMAZING!
