Along the style of the Parker Sonnet and Parker IM, we have the Jinhao 75 fountain pen. This pen sports a fine nib tip on a #5 nib, but it writes more like a medium-fine to fine tip. Nice weight and posts securely, and takes standard international cartridges (long and short) and converters. This is a nice writer that won't disappoint those who prefer a medium size fountain pen.

Copy or not, it's a good pen especially with a fude nib. Parker sold a lot of its patents long ago. A good rugged little, everyday writer.

And I don't think Parker or any other big name pen producers are worried about losing too much business to the copycats. I'm enjoying writing with mine.

Any fude nibs ? You can quite often get them on Jinhaos and Hongdians.

I don't think so. You would have to order them separately or borrow from another pen. I could only find fine tips.

I'm imagine these pens are Chinese made, therefore, it's easier to rip off someone else's designs....and cheap labor to produce....

That is for sure. I'm contemplating doing a video dedicated to the ethics of buying such products. But I'm not sure if I really want to deal with that can of worms LOL.
