The issue in Jinja are the roads..They were initially well planned and well demarcated but decades of neglect and disrepair have had a toll on most of them especially in the center of town eg..Oboja,kirinya,Radio, crescent avenue and many more.Its hard to understand how such an industrial herb has failed to raise enough financial resources to maintain its roads all over.Some hope is however on the horizon after being granted City status with Obote and Budgagali roads being given a facelift recently.
