the 4th "Emeralds are ripped away" scream at the end makes my jaw clench every time I hear it. It's such a powerful ending.

Notice the drummer is using a minimalist kit as well. Every single member of this band is extremely talented.

I found this band by stumbling across the many reactions to it across youtube. Been one of my favorite bands ever since. Maybe a reaction to I Speak Astronomy next?

Dude got his Jinjer cherry popped in front of us all. You picked up on most of the detail & nuance that we love first time through. You should try I Speak Astronomy (Official), Who is Gonna be the One (Live), Outlander (failure color) or Captain Clock (resurrection). Then maybe move on to more progressive new songs on Micro EP. I've watched honestly dozens of reactions to this song for obvious reasons but I think yours was the best. You gave me the OMFG WHAT??? moment that HAS to be there but you went way past that to point out just how excellent the rest of the band and the song is technically and musically. Props for that. Reactions to this song will never get old one of the most talented bands around Eugene on bass is insane his finger tapping and melodic style he plays with Vlad on the drums and Roman on guitar and obviously Tatiana on vocals she has one of the best most effortless voices in metal gotta watch Teacher Teacher by Jinjer

I'm not really a fan of unclean vocals (just my personal taste), but this song is so good that it makes me reconsider. That drum fill at the end of verse two...so tasty!

So I was watching this on my XBox and had to hop on my pc so I could comment. Your reaction to this song is about the same way I felt 4 or 5 months ago. I Speak Astronomy (official video) 5. Captain Clock (live) 6. Outlander (live) Many will tell you the same, but they genuinely Do NOT have a single bad song. I kept seeing Pisces live session reactions on RU-vid and finally figured I'd see WTF it was about, like 4 or 5 months ago as stated above....And I haven't looked back. I'm an absolute music fanatic (and have been for 40 years) and I have to say Jinjer has climbed up to being one of my absolute favorite groups in that little time, I mean maybe even top 5 all-time. They're just SO FUCKING GOOD and diverse. Your reaction in particular spoke to me, because it was like I was watching myself the first time I seen it. I mean even if they're not on your reactions, CHECK THOSE OUT! Even better if they're reactions for you and all of us. GUARANTEED views, subs and likes. I subbed. There are SEVERAL other live and official Jinjer videos that are great, aside from those 6. They're just the cream of the crop, IMHO.

I'd suggest following up with Who Is Gonna Be The One (Live) which is a concert performance instead of a "live session" in the studio. Pisces is one of their 3 lightest songs, the rest of their stuff is pretty heavy, but always expertly composed with superb lyrics, and great performances from everyone in the band. They don't have bad songs. Bad Water is a bit slow (only song with no growls) and Dreadful Moments is hard to listen to because it is a powerfully emotional song about child abuse. And personally, I just don't get A Plus Or A Minus but I see people request reactions to it, so it seems like that is just my thing. Even those are extremely well-crafted music though. And that is out of 3 full albums and an EP that Tatiana sings on - they also have a new album coming out in about a month. No worries about pausing, it is just how you have to play the game, and adding meaningful comments during the pauses makes it feel natural - it is a reaction video after all. I definitely like when folks rewind after a pause to avoid breaking up the continuity of the song but can see how that could get cumbersome to do it every time. What really sucks is checking out their videos from 2011 and 2012 and reading the comments from way back then... Better late than never though. They are still an up and coming band, they are headlining in North America from September through early November but it is all tiny venues with cheap tickets.

There was some post production done on this, but that doesn’t make this any less awesome. I’m not much into screaming and growling, but Tatiana has such an amazing fry, I can’t help loving it.

Tatiana deserves all of the attention she gets, but this became a new favorite band of mine because of the instrumentals. All four members are incredible musicians.

Funny enough, this video was made to highlight the new (not so new now) drummer. The original song didn't had that many ghost notes.

According to the "Reacting to Jinjer" guide, the next song you should listen to is "Who si gonna be the one" the live version, I mean, really live, although Pisces is "live session" is the album mix with some arrangements and the drumms of Vlad (who is the current drummer of the band and not the original composer of the Studio song). I loved that you loved Jinjer, in a little over 1 year it became my TOP 2 of favorite bands and I discovered it thanks to another reaction channel (Alex Hafner). ALL his songs are worth it, in my opinion 98% of Jinjer's songs are beautiful like Tatiana ♥ Greetings from Argentina ♥

Her Voice is pure GOLD. She can SING. I mean, really SING. I feel her voice is a perfect Combination of a Jazz Master Voice and a Metal Master Voice... UNIQUE. Jinjer are UNIQUE.

Over the past several years of listening to similar styles on RU-vid, I have seen the name "Jinjer" pop up many time and never gave it a try because I figured there can only be ONE Arch Enemy...kicking my self for not clicking a loooong time ago. Jinjer is amazing.

So f'n good!!! Personally my favorite Jinjer song is Teacher, Teacher. Another talented lady who can mix beautiful clean vocals with growls is Floor Jansen with Nightwish. Check out her unbelievable range in Yours Is An Empty Hope from the Nightwish cruise.

I love seeing reaction videos for this song! Love seeing those familiar mind-blown reactions that I had when I heard this for the first time... JINJER is amazing! Tatiana's voice is unreal! Sorta reminiscent of the voices of Christina Scabbia and Andrea Ferro from Lacua Coil molded into one body lol. And the band's backstory is truly inspiring. What they had to endure to get where they are now... And they're all just so..damn..talented! They have alot of great songs. They're just.. Wow. I don't even know what else to say... 🤯

I've seen so many reaction videos to this song now, but this was a good one. I like that you stopped and took time to break down the song and discuss all the nuances, some of those things I never noticed; even though you were clearly shocked and amazed by Tatiana (naturally), you didn't forget about the rest of the band, which is nice because everyone in this band is a master of their craft. To me the best part about Jinjer is the fact that they have a world class singer -there are few singers on her level, and I'm talking about technical skill, lyrics and composition, however she never drowns out the band. Every member knows exactly how to play to keep the music balanced and to keep each instrument in it's proper place. Every instrument has it's time to shine, but doesn't take over. Another band that is good at this is Unleash the Archers, especially Awakening, but while typing this I saw that you just made a video on it, lol. I think you will really enjoy Jinjer, they literally don't have a bad song. I'm just gonna go ahead and call the song order now because it's remarkable how consistent it is... I do think you're selling the chorus a little short, because that riff is simple but powerful. Lol You should definitely dive into Jinjer's catalog because they literally don't have a bad song!

As some others have said, I'd recommend checking out Teacher Teacher and Who is gonna be the one. If you can, pull up the lyrics. Tatiana's writing is really deep and the lyrics to each of their songs will make you think. All of the band members are just crazy talented. Vlad on the drums, Eugene on the bass and Dmitry on guitar. Their sound is always really tight and they can switch time signatures on a dime.

Welcome to the Jinjer-verse! This was one of the reactions that justifies all other reactions - well done! I suggest, based on your reaction here, that you should go look at Jinjer's discography and make your own list for other reactions based on the song titles. People request the songs they do for good reason, but fear not - Jinjer does not have a bad song! They keep getting better and better, but the really early stuff is still quite good. Just not other-worldly so.

I see people commenting (and for good reason for them, ofc), that this is not Jinjer's best song, but there is a reason so many people are drawn to this, I call it a masterpiece, because it involves you on different levels; the melodics, the musicianship, the balance between heavenly and raw demonic power, her looks and performing - there's no denying all that. And what I personally would like to hear is more stuff like this from them, a balance of her cool clean voice and hell breaking loose.

I will never grow tired of watching someone discover Jinjer:) The rabbit hole is deep my friend....

So awesome that you picked up on all the details that made us all fall in love with this band. This song hooks you into the band but it's really just the tip of the iceberg. The rest of their songs make you fall in love with them. If you react to Who's Gonna Be The One (Live) you'll understand exactly what I mean. They have sooooo much more energy in the rest of their songs than this one, it'll just blow your mind.

Check out "Who's gonna be the one live" and "Captain Clock live @Resurrection", actually, their whole concert @resurrection is freaking amazing and it's on youtube ^^ The best way to really understand how incredible Jinjer actually is, is to watch them live. I believe that they will start their NA tour in September and if they are playing anywhere near you you should check them. I watched them here in Belgrade few years ago, they were opening for Arch Enemy, and they blew the place away and they easily outperformed the headliner. Second best thing you can do is watch their live performances on youtube :) Checkout those songs I listed, you will not regret.

Tati is a Pisces & the switch between clean & low growls reflects how pisces represents the duality all of humanity experiences. Both animal & divine. The pisces symbol is two fish swimming heat to tail in a circle representative of life after death or reincarnation. So the music very much goes from opposite ends of the spectrum rapidly & beautifully. Great reaction bud. 👌🏼🤘🏼

The first time you hear that video its like being slapped by the music. Most singers voices are their instruments... Tatiana's voice is a weapon.
