I'd love to see a back to back reaction between the official music video and a live version such as the one filmed at the Gas Monkey bar (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-udiXwVkYO0I.html). It's one thing to hear it in the music video but to actually see them pull it off live is a treat. Especially since Tatiana pulls out a few bonus vocal tricks in that live clip and the band are incredibly tight in that performance.
This song shows the diversity of this goddess's vocals. The best part is that she has SO SO SO much more that she can do its not even funny.. Look up Bad Water.. One song you will never ever every expect.. That will blow your mind..
I just bought a ticket to my first Jinjer show. I will be flying from Iceland to London in November to see them... YEEESSS Can´t wait 🤘😃😃 I have mostly been into the Grunge bands (Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Nirvana, Pearl Jam). Other favs are Pantera, Led Zeppelin, Radiohead, Muse and ofcourse Guns ´N Roses 😉
Ne Obliviscaris- and plague flowers the kaleidoscope live in Denver. Prog/Death/Black/classical/violin/bad ass fucking metal. Every member is super talented. As for Jinjer I say "I speak Astronomy"
I also got "A Perfect Circle" vibe from multiple Jinjer songs. I remember that was my immediate thought when I listened to Pisces. Speaking of "A Perfect Circle", this is a good time to dive in to some Tool(same vocalist as in APC), as they just released a new song(Fear Inoculum) for the first time in 13 years. And if you want to react to some of their older songs, Jambi, Schism, The Grudge or Vicarious is a good place to start.
ah, a perfect circle. i grew up with them. being a teenager and adults finding out i'm into all different types of metal and classic rock they're all like "wtf thats cool" and i'm like "hahA yeah."
Jinjer fan here. The opposite side of this coin would be Devin Townsend his band Strapping Young Lad Love? Incredible screams n cleans. This song is a straight right to the face. Great reaction guys new sub here🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘 five out five
Jinjer: Outlander (Ukraine's Best Metal Act 2014 ) and Cloud Factory (official vid; 2014) are my faves. To see just how versatile they are, try Perennial (official vid from 2019 EP), Ape (official vid, from 2019 EP), Hoard of No Value (Lyric vid), and "Scissors." I second what Amber Martin said: Rage Against the Machine. A huge 90s Rap Core band from Oakland, CA. Try "Know Your Enemy" or "Bulls on Parade." Like Jinjer, all their songs are great. Reignwolf, live at KEXP is another great find. One man hard rock blues/rocker with a guitar, distortion pedal, and a kick drum. Gritty and raw.
I love watching your Jinjer journey. Can’t wait to see (and meet) them in September! Outside of Jinjer, you need some Ne Obliviscaris in your lives. Try “And Plague Flowers the Kaleidoscope” live.
Not sure if you have reacted to Opeth, but they are a Swedish prog metal band that are an inspiration to bands like Jinjer. Harlequin Forest is an interesting track.
I also listen to Spirit Box, Iwrestledabearonce, Red Handed Denial, Protest The Hero, Meshuggah. Tool, Rush, King Crimson, Yes, System Of A Down. Jinjer is my favorite right now, especially I Speak Astronomy, Sit Stay, Roll Over (it gets a touch groovier every time though the verse), No Hoard of Value, blah, blah, blah...pretty much all of them. lol you guys are pretty funny, keep up the good work and good luck!
Just found your channel. Professional reaction watcher here and I hope you don't change your format. It's perfect. You put the song first and even allow it to cover short comments between the two of you. Minimal pauses and they're for a short comment or two. Very well done guys! Subbed.
bestbuy208 You could try harder spelling the name of the team you love so much. And then work on developing beyond the pointlessness of loving a professional sports team.
If you like that part that sounded like rap, check out Rage Against the Machine, Bulls on Parade, a amazing controversial metal band from the 90's. They are like Korn but have their own unique sound. And u want to see mosh pits u got to watch them!!!
Jinjer fan here. Going to see them in Dec. Cant. effing. wait. If you want to hear something that you dont expect from Jinjer now that you've listened to a few songs.. check out Beggars Dance from their King of Everything album.. you wont be disappointed i promise. genres of music? i listen to Metal mostly in almost all its sub genres, heavy, thrash, death, some black, metalcore, power and symphonic i listen to ost type music like from Hans Zimmer, Ramin Djawadi etc pop is rare but it has its place. little bit of rap and hip hop on the playlist also. dumbass meme music. old school rock and roll... theres a little bit to appreciate in most musical forms i find.
Really enjoying your guy's reactions Jinjer doesnt have a bad song but this one is still my favorite they are some of the most talented musicians in metal Eugene the bassist is one of the best ive seen play his technique is Absolutley mindblowing and yes Tatiana is hot haha mindblowingly talented bassist their tour the us next month I'm hopefully gonna go
Haha, there's no consensus, but "Jinjers" and "Jinjer Army" are both pretty common. Fun fact: the name pre-dates anyone in the band now, and none of them like it much, lol. Personally, I think it's perfect for their organic, tasteful, versatile style. Musically, metal is my home, but I also love blues and jazz and a bunch of stuff that struggles to be defined. You guys need to check out some more of Jinjer's early stuff like "Scissors" or "Cloud Factory."
Needs more cow bell. Jinjer "I want it I'll get it" Only Jinjer song sung in Russian. And for other music- Joe Bonamasa with Tina Guo live from Carnegie Hall " Woke up Dreaming"
Well, after you've listened to jinjer and nightwish, check out Soilwork - Let this river flow, feat. Floor Jansen (Nightwish's singer) , live in the heart of helsinki. For more proggy stuff, Ne Obliviscaris - And plague flowers the kaleidoscope
Tati's vocals at the beginning Remington me of Otep. React to Otep "Blood Pigs" Amazing track! I saw them in 2002 I think at Ozzfest when I was in highschool and it was...one of the raddest things I had ever seen a woman do.
BTW My all time favorite band is Clutch. You should give them a shot and react to "Electric Worry". Also, imo Tatiana is tied as the best metal vocalist with Devin Townsend. If you're not familiar with Devin Townsend then you should react to "Kingdom" live on EMGtv. You're welcome 🤘
Can you react to Arch Enemy? It's quite different but also with a female growler. You can try: The World is yours, The Eagle flies alone or War Eternal for example
id have to recommend gojira my favorite song is" the art of dieing" but "stranded" is the most similar to to jinjer. the devil wears Prada is also a good band.can't praise night wish enough. babymetal is also crazy .but if you need a good laugh brojob "teenie weenie" is verry funny. non metal me first and the gimme gimmies, cake can get weird. primus "tommy the cat". hiphop run the jewels is great, killer mike. also gota give love to public enemy . love you guys stuff.
Hey guys, love the Jinjer videos. They are so badass! But if you want something *completely different*, how about some Alestorm? They're also on Napalm Records but are 180 degrees from Jinjer. Some good videos would be "Drink - (Official)", "Shipwrecked (Official)", "Mexico (Official)" or maybe even "F*cked with an Anchor (Official)". They're just good fun and nobody does Alestorm reactions.
Another great reaction guys can you react to perennial or cloud factory or scissors or i want it i will get it or just another or i speak astronomy or sit stay rollover by jinjer please 😁😁👍👍
Great reactions! Also, try the group “System of A Down” ... amazing band with amazing singer. Songs to listen to: Toxicity, Chop Suey, Aerials, Sugar and BYOB ... all are official videos.
you guys need to check out spiritbox- belcarra, another singing/screaming female fronted band...very different tone though. they also have a progressive based sound and in my opinion are on par with jinjer musically.
Try country rap! Not li nos Ol Town Road!!! Try out Upchurch No One Told Us or Ghost (has a bluegrass vibe, very unique) Try Adam Calhoun Rap Shxx or WW2.0. Try Struggle Jennings (related to the Legendary Outlaw Waylon Jennings) and Jelly Roll Fall In The Fall or Glitter. Katie Noel, 19yrs old has her on appeal company, sucessful rapper, plus she does truck shows, and muddin, try Diesel Gang (that huge jacked up white Ford is hers) or Country Valet. Seriously u guys should check it out.
