Jinjer should put some reggae in more of their songs in my opinion! This was cool.

a lot of people seem to prefer the vocal 1-take version ; but i've always thought this OMV is so fun. the reggae riff was stumbled upon by accident ... Roman and Eugene were just tinkering around when Roman just kind of wandered in to the riff, the 2 of them just looked at each other and said "well, i guess we have to do a reggae song now". based on what you've said about your preferences, i'm gonna take a stab at something you may like: >Wallflower >I Speak Astronomy >Prologue / Beggar's Dance (these 2 MUST be done in tandem ... you'll understand when you hear it)

Do you know there is a sideways one take vocal version of this song? It's really awesome.

4:00 - And you'd be correct in that assessment, Tatiana has said that Sandra Nasic was her main female Rock singer influence. 5:45 - Yeah, Vlad has this unique skill of hitting the snare in places people aren't expecting, making it feel like time signature changes when there are none. 🙂

I wonder if Otep has been among their influences. Really dig the genre switch-ups.

If I'm not mistaken, I think I remember hearing Tati name Otep as an influence.

Far different than ANYTHING I have heard by them before... great to hear something more melodic than a straightforward METAL song. You're right tho Steve, its virtually impossible to put metal into different "genre's " when so many bands crossover
