Tatiana has said that jazz and reggae (especially Bob Marley) are influences. The end of this song and "judgment and punishment" are using those reggae vibes in the instrumental while her vocals in both songs are jazzy. P.S. don't forget about Jinjer "on the top" official vid and live in Kiev. It's one of their best songs 🤘🤘

Yeah , you passed over the super lows in WIGBTO. No worries. Pit of Consciousness live in Kiev has an epic 10 second long gutteral low growl at the end. However , her lowest to date is in the final section of Home Back.

I first listened to this song on a reaction channel and the reactor pointed out that low growl part (she already knew the studio version and wanted to see if Tatiana also did it live), so I knew where it was. I was amazed by it but only until she did the following seamless slide from the low growl to the high scream. That, my friend, was what really blew me away. : )

The first time I saw them in concert I was standing by a stack of speakers and the growls at the 4-minute mark of the official video shook my whole body down to my bones. Great stuff. Another that has brutal growls in Pit Of Consciousness live in Kiev. Hopefully we'll get a concert video for Home Back at some point too cuz that's another brutal one. Words Of Wisdom official live is at the same concert. It has a lot of variation being all growls and belting, but is a consistent pattern of growled verse with belted chorus.

This song is now 10 or 11 years old (it was the first lyrics Tatiana wrote after she joined the band), that's why it sounds more "normal" compared to what you've been listening so far. However, it's the only old song they adapted to the new drop A tuning and kept in their set list for longer than any other song. If you listen to the studio version it almost feels like a different song. : )

She actually goes much lower on the studio version in the breakdown part at the end, that's worth listening to. There are a few live versions where she goes lower, but they're mostly fan cams. This one is pretty good, might be the lowest i've heard her go: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ZaK2ytdcw2o.html There are also other songs where she goes lower, I think her lowest (studio) growls are in Home Back which there is a music video coming out for soon.

Great reaction, your input adds something different every time. This video is an absolute blast! The opening riff, the bass work,the hardness, the low growl, the outro, the performance...EPIC!! "Ape" is awesome, a little stick of dynamite, go for it!

Thank You for this one! I was waiting for it! Reaction was great and fun as always! I've seen a little smile during the song. Maybe that is a sign that the seed of metalhead is growing in your heart ;) Because this track is not the easiest one at Jinjer playlist it is not that easy to grasp it at the very first listening. I've struggled a bit with it but when it clicked then it's become one of my favs. Especially those little bass ornaments. Now I'm waiting for Cloud Factory live reaction.

They are amazing! I lobe her Breakfast Club dance in the middle (see Molly Ringwald in Breakfast Club)... this was hilarious if you get the reference. You need to watch the movie. Tatiana and the band have an awesome sense of humor.

Thanks again Sean - having followed a lot of reactors go on a Jinjer journey, it's interesting how the order of the tracks they listen to affects what they pick up on in the reaction. I love that. A lot of people watch this song earlier and pick up on bass and growls, you're picking up drum fills and time sigs - so much to pick up from this band. Again, please add Noah to the list, such a dirty groove.

If you read the lyrics you'll understand why its ends with reggae. The whole song is about standing up and saying enough to destroying the planet. And at the end she's saying dont deny yourself that future you deserve (with clean air water animals etc)

I think you missed her very low point because it was so low.. At 5.17 in your video she breaks and stand on box. She has a very low grumble that she carries in to the very best low scream ever. Also some who knows much more about music then I do said the ending was basically exactly what they were playing and singing with different timing pitch melody?

Hey there! As you very obviously enjoy talented vocalists (and musicians in general), I think you might also like a band from a totally different neck of the heavy metal woods, if you will. ;-) They're called Nightwish from Finland and they play a genre called symphonic metal.
