INGREDIENTS
5 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
1 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 sticks unsalted butter,
3 Tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 180 C , and Grease and Flour pans. With your mixer on low to medium speed, mix butter for a few seconds add in sugar mix until the mixture turn to a peal white, add eggs one at a time add vanilla then combine flour, baking powder, and salt together and start adding flour mixture and milk to the butter mixture at a time and end with flour.
Then separate 1cup of the mixture to a separate bowl add in cocoa powder and mix well.
Pour the white mixture into a baking pan and follow up with the chocolate mixture and end up with the white mixture then run the knife freely in the middle of your butter to create marble look and bake for 30 to 40 minuets.
