Jinx was already a charmful lil goober, but arcane managed to make her so sympathethic it breaks my heart, she deserves happiness and therapy :'(

Arcane Jinx is one of the best written characters I’ve seen and I hope other old champs get the same treatment if Riot does another series (MF, Ashe, Lewis, etc.)

Well, in Hextech Mayhem, Ziggs mentions Jinx being mad about him having fun without her, so I guess that comic is still canon, yeah.

Arcane Jinx changed League Lore forever

I caught the "you should see my sister" line and knew they were related from the start. My sister gaslit me for years calling me an idiot and claimed the sister was gonna be a future champ. What I didn't catch on to was Caitlyn and Vi being a thing. I thought Rito was going for the good cop/bad cop buddy shtick but I could have just missed a piece of lore that would have made it obvious.

Jinx has maybe THE most satisfying ult in the game to land. Perfectly sniping the top laner after they went to hide under first tower to back is simply *chefs kiss*

Ill always remember jinx as the first champ I played when I was a kid. Seeing her evolution in arcane and the confirmation of a silly voiceline was the wildest experience

Fully agree with the statement fed Jinx is less annoying than most other ADCs because you can actually fight her and still have a CHANCE at running away.

Side note, but I remeber when Swain foreshadowed her Arcane lore in his voicelines years before the show came out.

10:07 this statement + that one fight in Arcane where she is using Pow-Pow to beat up others feels perfect, but last time we saw her in 2XKO she had her own HAMMER for some reason I wonder if the devs realised that giving her a big hammer instead of letting her use her guns to hit for close up attacks felt too out of place (or even too similar to Harley Quinn) and she went back to the drawing board (thus the game not confirming Jinx yet compared to the others)

You mentioned Lucian for 2Xko and my 2cents is Gun Kata like Matrix or Equilibrium, just have him dash into different poses for each strike and a bit of hand to hand and I think it would be sick! His design already looks the part a bit so I don't even think tweaking him much for the game would even be bad lol

I love Jinx. Both her gameplay and her story. Arcane for Jinx and Vi was good simply because they had very little backstory. Jinx was originally a Harley Quinn-esque crazy girl, and Vi was tomboy embodied. Arcane just expanded on those. She's really fun to play with. Easy to learn, hard to master. It's pretty simple, unless you mess up her Q. Her skins are overall pretty good. I'm still waiting for my chance to get Star Guardian, but the Christmas and Battle Cat skins are just as good. Though her older skins do show how old she is

I think we would all love to see another top 10 video, I know you've done videos about the top 10 skin lines that need to come back but what about a top 10 best skin lines ever? Could be measured on skin line creativity, how well the skins capture the fantasy of the skin line or how well the champions picked fit into the line while also highlighting stand out skin's performance within those lines.

Star Guardian Jinx released around when I started playing League, and it’s the skin that got me hooked on buying skins in general because it did something awesome with her character! She was still Jinx, just more of a classic hero type of Jinx. The red was also a great touch!

Nicky, you should do like the best or worst skins of a thematic, like the worst skins of cafe cutie (which is every one but but annie) Or the best skins of old god's it would be fun to watch

Rather than "Best, Worst and most Missed Potential" redos, why don't you take it a step further; Best, worst and most missed potential Common, Epic, Legendary, and Legacy skins. That'd give more forgotten skins and champions a time to shine too, maybe?

Back during one of Riot's community discussion, someone mentioned that Jinx was less inspired by Harley Quinn and more an homage to Tank Girl. I forget which dev mentioned it in a forum post, but the vibes are definitely there (with the love of explosions and aesthetic). BOTH were inspiration, but one leaned more than the other.

i like your "top X skins in league" videos and def would like another one! i don't always agree (like i think cafe cuties jinx is great, im a big seraphine stan, etc), but i like hearing your opinions/takes. those and rapid fire skin reviews are my personal favorite types of videos

My go-to adc. I haven't even seen arcane yet but she grew on me fast from playing her despite her in many ways not being my type. She just doed her job so damn well. I will always welcome her over many of the new popular femalr champs, new and old. It does suck dealing with her slow and weak scaling in a game where champions like kayle, smolder, the windshitters and Bel'veth exist. (Feels like she is worse than all of them early and still harder to use by lategame incomparison with less reward.) But her basic playstyle is at least engaging enough and rewarding adc fundamentals so much that she single-handedly carries the role for me. Other champs like Tristana or some of the weirder champions like Jhin might also be fun but they aren't her. They will never beat jinx for me.

Arcane is such a great show I quit moba(mostly play HoNlike 10years ago and now cant stop playing LoL

ADC's will be a lot easier to bring over to 2XKO than you think imo.

So to answer the death battle thing, can confirm they did it, can also confirm jinx won. as for if Death Battle is still around given the rooster teeth shutting down thing... its currently unknown what will happen, but the team has stated they're gonna do everything in their power to keep it up and running

Arcane was a bit overhyped when only Vi, Caitlyn and Jinx are the interesting characters. The other actual League characters just aren't interesting.

I started playing LoL (worst decision of my life) around when Jinx was released, and of all the characters they had at the time, her gameplay and design were so much fun that she made the game for me. It's awesome to see this goofy character now be the face of the game I love

I think the reason K'sante goes way down in the K section in the client is because there's a godanm absurd number of champions whose first letters are K - A and K'sante is K - S and it don't count the apostrophe as a character while the web page puts him first because his first letters are K - "Apostrophe". So technically he is first because A is not considered above symbols for naming order, I dunno?
