Who knows, Maybe he will see something more from her in season 2 that makes him think that way. It's obvious she is never gonna come fully back but still.
I had a good chuckle after finding comic where ziggs canonically dated jinx for a day, it was "Paint the town" if i remember correctly and seeing them laugh together is so cool
There also an old art where Jinx licks Ziggs face. i.imgur.com/nCbI5U2.jpg I remember Siv HD once said on stream that he wanted to cosplay ziggs and print this art on shirt so he can approavh Jinx cosplayers and ask them to try same :)
You know...safe to speculate that Lux can handle Jinx if they ever met and she'd be able to serve as something of a conscience to her. Heck, in the Star Guardian variant of League of Legends, the two are best friends. After Arcane, Jinx needs a friend like that...
Sometimes when i go wash dishes, watching yt, playing rpg game its always coming to my mind of jinx dialog of saying she never blink but she always miss and i wonder why she miss if she never blink she suppose to shoot them wide open without a miss maybe he mean to do that because she want some destruction and despair atmosphere?... idk all i care now is i enjoy playing her not because of her gameplay combo because of her attitude and funny dialog
