Great explanation, about capacity planning, but it only covers Scrum project. I would suggest including a specific video addressing how to use capacity planning for Kanban projects.
While I agree with Capacity and Velocity are different, you mix days and story points. Team's capacity typically is the number of story points based on the team's observed velocity + common sense based on any holiday.

Thank you for the video, there is an option to change the capacity from the story point to the original estimate? we work with the original estimate, and the it looks like the plan work only with the story point
Good content but just fast for one to catch up. Please, you're trying to transmit knowledge, slow down so people can understand and follow what you're saying. I got lost and had to stop watching.
