Yeaaaah Jisoo rocks this role! Jisoo stans and blinks know that Jisoo is not a clumsy and naive person so seeing her like this being in character is amazing. Some says that her acting is awkward but I think thats just her role and Youngro is supposed to be like that💛

i haven't actually started watching because of my schedule, but i am really excited! i've been seeing mixed reactions about the film, but i am so glad that people are now referring to jisoo as an actress who worked hard her role! it just proves that jisoo is really talented and she deserves recognition together with the whole cast, including the staffs and prod team :)

드라마의 잘못과는 상관없이 지수님과 한국드라마에 대한 관심에 감사드립니다. 다만 드라마가 즐겁다면 역사적인 사실을 아는 것도 중요하기에 진실을 알리고자 합니다. 설강화의 배경인 광주항쟁은 당시 군사독재 정권이 광주사람들 사이에 공산당이 있다는 거짓말을 하며 수 많은 사람들을 죽인 사건입니다. 그래서 드라마의 남자주인공이 공산당이라는 설정 때문에 한국사람들이 지금 화가 나는 것입니다. 그 거짓말 때문에 고문당하고 가족을 잃은 사람들이 아직도 고통 속에서 살아가고 있습니다. 한국인에게는 공산당 문제는 현재진행형의 아픔입니다. 설강화는 중국 공산당의 돈으로 만들어졌습니다. 1950년 한국전쟁 때 북한은 남한을 침략하고 이후 중국군대까지 북한을 도와 남한사람들을 죽였습니다. 중국이 설강화를 만들도록 돈을 준 이유는 공산당을 미화하기 위해서 입니다. 현재 미얀마의 독재정권의 뒤에는 중국공산당의 도움이 있고 홍콩인들이 중국공산당에게 감금당했습니다. 대만이 중국에게 전쟁의 위협을 받고 있습니다. 중국은 한국의 한복, 김치,온돌을 중국의 것이라고 하고 베트남의 전통옷도 중국의 것, 영어도 중국의 말에서 파생되었다고 거짓말을 하는 중국입니다. 그런데 중국은 유튜브도 구글도 넷플릭스도 못 쓰게 막았습니다. 중국의 영향력 안에 들어간 몽골민족은 몽골말도 못 배우게 합니다. 중국은 다음에 당신들을 지배하려 할 것입니다. 여러분의 머리속에 공산당이 좋은 것이다 세뇌되는 순간이 중국이 바라는 것 입니다. 드라마를 보시더라도 자신의 자유와 신념을 뺏기는 세뇌만은 당하지 않길 바랍니다. 지수씨와 드라마, 역사는 다른 것이라는 것을 구분하고 지수씨와 한국에 대한 관심이 계속 되었으면 합니다. 한국드라마와 한국아티스트를 사랑해주시는 여러분에게 감사드립니다.

Ohhh thank you for this. I'm actually reading the articles now regarding the petition and yeah there's a chance that it gets cancelled...but I thought the director already addressed the issue before? (That's why they were allowed to air it)

@@BocUnboxing yes director has already cleared everything during press con that due to an incompleted story circulated in the internet earlier this whole issue to cancel the drama was created and he stated that all the work and characters are fictional in this drama. Now we can only wait I hope shows goes on and knetz can understand.

@@kwek2243 nah 200k signatures doesnt mean 200,000 korean people. I think one person can sign it more than once (i have read it somewhere, correct me if i am wrong though). And we dont even know the demographics of these 200k signatures. Some are not even adults and just using the clout to bring the drama down. Let's hope for the best though. Hope JTBC will resolve this issue asap because this will greatly affect Jisoo's reputation and the others who participated in the drama. And a lot of international fans are so invested in the drama and spent money to purchase disney+. Cancelling it now will definitely cause chaos.
