Hair gel and spray with fine comb to keep baby hair in place. I find gel softens with sweat so I add the spray. Careful with too tight ponytails, you will end up ruining your hair trying to protect it.
How often do you wash your hair while doing jiu jitsu? I normally wash 2-3 times a week but figure that will have to increase with training 4 days a week due to the mat and bacteria.
Thank you so much!! That could work!!! Braided ponytails usually help make hair shorter, which could help reduce the chance of a braid getting stuck under your partner while rolling. I guess it depends on your hair length, but try it and see what happens :-)
