In the Ribeiro system, the Tiger Routine is a series of movements designed to improve mobility, flexibility and strength. In this video, Professor Pete breaks down the movements for the Routine.

This is much more than a warm up.. this is jiu-jitsu on your own... this improves mobility, gets the body moving as one (which is a blue belt necessity) and it helps people 'click' again, especially after long lay off in particular Covid19 lockdowns..... simply do these movements for 30mins daily along with skipping, and any BJJ practitioner will be good to go back to full training when life returns to normal.
