What are you talking about, He is directing Walt/ Organist as well, He is doing something constructive. This comments need to be deleted cause you are not making any sense, he is not even annoying, he is directing. This church is the best, but its all to the glory of god.
Bro, you might want to sit this one out and defer to the experts. Unless you're actually IN the band, don't worry about how they do things. Your only job is to sit back and enjoy the music. Keep all the extra commentary to yourself.
