Dude it took me a second to get what you meant when god implants a metronome that is a awesome comment so far I think that may be the best comment I herd so far
@@jessevn827 all good drummers should branch out, play all kinds of stuff especially the stuff we are uncomfortable with, like I grew up with Jazz and funk but love trying to mess about with metal, Latin, RnB, and now trying to dig gospel stuff. It's great just let rip over new stuff :D
I love Death metal drumming aswell , yet we love the technical aspects of gospel drum chops , like jazz , I'm trying to incorporate gospel chops into death metal 🤔
This dude knows how to groove. I am not christian, but as a drummer, listening to gospel drummers is always such a treat. They just know how to groove.
Don Moen was mumbling about not overplaying during worship somewhere but then this guy comes along and seasoned the entire song with fills, chops and syncopation XD
Probably 1,000 of the views on this video is from me. I listen to this all the time like it’s a regular song. I would love to hear a choir sing this version live and in person
All Glory to the Lord . Not over played , balanced! He grows with the song! Remember always is about worshipping God! Of course the joy is present but . On worship any thing what interrupt people to glorify Christ is not proper. But of we reconice that God's give to us the talent. Keep Up Brother! Glory to God all the time. The show belongs to Him, He is the Big Boss! Prayse God with all the stuff that's Palms 150 says! Amen!
the fact that he fixed and adjusted things and still was on beat and sounded good, if you heard this without watching video, you would of never known he was just playing with one stick at times..just woww!! i love this
I watch this so many times. This groove and rendition is soooo tight. I love playing my drums to this performance.Y’all keep up the good work 👍👍 hot fire
I can't imagine being in a sound booth by myself. I would feel isolated from the rest of the musicians. I play drums with the worship team at my church and sometimes I feel isolated with the plastic sound barrier in front of me. One good thing about the sound booth is you get to play out like you want to and not have to worry about being too loud. Great job by the way!
IM FROM MEXICO, AND... I DONT SPEAK (WRIT) ENGLISH, BUT YOU ARE MMM... A GREAT DRUMMER...(GRAN BATERISTA) WOW!! GOOD!! GOD BLESS YOU!! DIOS TE BENDIGA AMIGO!!
@ 3:14 WOOOOAAAHHH!!! I thought it was just random nonsense but damn, it actually makes sense!! This is like the 100th time I've listened to this bit and it seriously is genius!!
