Thank God I am Nigerian, we in Nigeria nationalized all strategic sectors of our economy including in land, less than 20 years after independence from the British, all lands belongs to her individual states providence, that why nobody have a title deed to any land in Nigeria, what people have is certificate of occupancy,(for 100 years after which you renew the use of the land, or the land goes back to the state government in which the elected Governor/Premier is the custodian and if the state government wants the land they pay you the value for the remainder of the 100 years) it's same here in the United states of America, Chine and a host of other developed countries. In Nigeria it's called "the land use act". Nigeria growth rate is 2.5 %, courtesy IMF and World Bank. While South Africa is at 0.9. So my brothers and sisters is South Africa wake up.

I dont buy Mr Niehaus's story at all, the government is the majority shareholder of the reserve bank with 90%, what is it that they want to achieve by nationalising the RB that they cant achieve now as the majority shareholder ,
