Rohan, the man who survived the universe resetting 36 times and put himself on-par with a godlike stand user just because he was too distracted with deadlines*
@ShadowKitteh no one except the stone ocean crew that was killed was effect. It's a common mistake but time was never reset, the universe was. More like it was destroyed and replaced with a new, exactly like the old one but the difference is that stone ocean never happened. Jouske and all the rest of the part 4 gangs still remember Jotaro and Star platinum but he does not exist in that universe anymore
+Ismail Abd Khalil Just imagine Rohan noticing that his clock was moving faster and then starting to draw faster and faster so he can finish it in time.
isnt it canon? ok maybe im confused with the term.. lol. i thought canon means the material is made official by the writers.. in this case it is.. isnt it? :O
+botanist Technically is non-cannon, just like H.A would like to think that old Joseph somehow survived to MiH. Rohan cannot see into himself, so how could he write on himself as well?
+Mike The Next Fist of The Northstar Rohan gains the power to write in himself 2-3 years after DiU in France, it's Canon but the whole event of George Joestar is not. Rohan and Giorno both negate MiH. SO is around 10 years after DiU.
+Allen Walker Texas Ranger Funniest thing is that Josuke could've just fixed that with ease, all Rohan needed to do is ask Josuke for a favor because of the whole bet thing and he would've done it, no money lost there.
Rohan's theme is spectacular for avoiding procrastination. I feel as though Heaven's Door was used to inscribe the words, "I cannot lay off these papers" deep within the psyche of my mind every time I listen to this. Fantastic morale for me, might I just say.
*Time keeps accelerating so days pass in minutes.* "Huh?! There are mangakas who can make the deadline? Wh-Who the hell is that?! Who the hell can... ...Rohan Kishibe..."
No, I don't see that. Also... vignette2.wikia.nocookie.net/jjba/images/0/0f/Manga_Technique.jpg/revision/latest/scale-to-width-down/250?cb=20150317020910
Nintendo and Gamefreak looked for Rohan for inspiration on how to dress trainers in the new remakes. Apparently they just copied him and turned Hoenn into the land of midriffs.
Mancho Part IV had more slice-of-life aspects to it, because unlike Jonathan, Joseph and Jotaro, Josuke has no need for travel. The killer is grounded in Morioh. The characters are actually at home and not wandering away for months in some desert or vampire fighting ring. Sure, some filler is unnecessary, but to remove all of it would take away the aspect of Morioh and character.
I disagree with Rohan being the worst character in the game. Sure, he's hard to use and has a rather limited moveset. But he has a strong potential to lock down and force opponents into a defense-only situation, IF he's used properly.
Most "worst characters" are just hard to use. Diavolo barely does damage, but if played well is nearly impossible to hit. Shigechi is ridiculous, but has a tiny hitbox and can pull overheads and pop-ups out of nowhere. My vote for worst character is Gyro. His Spin Meter puts tight locks on his attack capability, his attacks are REALLY hard to hit with, and the opponent basically determines whether he can use his horse or not, because he can get KNOCKED OUT of his mode change.
RealParadoxBlues Oh, I remember Gyro. Using him in story mode, I experienced EXACTLY what you just described here. I actually fought with a Kawajiri player the other day, he was fond of spamming his bubbles. Guess what...? Rohan can counter those bubbles with his G-pen projectile in Normal State. I won with 2 perfect rounds with a Heat attack finish on the second. LOL
RealParadoxBlues There's also normal Part 1 Dio, who seems to lack some good anti-air and air attacks I hear, and not much in his kit other than mixup at close range.
RealParadoxBlues dude I kick ass with gyro how can he suck? He is surely definately easier to use than diavlo and one of my fav characters to play as. As for the horse well it all depends on how good a player you are. I can kick ass anyday with gyro compaired to freaking diavolo. Hes my best other than h9l horse. Then again hol horse is easy to spam lol
Heaven's Door's design is based off of Rohan's OC and it can change the way people act and even what happens to them So,that means in real world,Rohan would probably make one of those mary sue "original character do not steal" characters And since Rohan summons HD by drawing,he could make HD look like a giant penis if he wanted to
Man I'd love to see a bad guy to have Heaven's Door with some slight changes like it happened to Killer Queen in Jojolion. It would make some awesome fights and great challenge

Josuke: You bastard! Rohan: It seems that certain comments set you off such as your hair is laughable. Or wasn't that pin cusion on your head in fasion like 2 decades ago. Or maybe think that hair looks cool, don't you? Heh. *ROUND 1! FIGHT!* Rohan: That hairdio... is lame! Josuke: What the hell did you just say about my hair!?
Joseph: Hehehe. Know your next line? "Did you think the great Rohan Kishibe drew manga just for money or praise!?" That's the one! Rohan: Did you think the great Kishibe Rohan drew manga just for money or praise!? Wha?!
