In this video we show slipping to the outside on both sides and building an attacking game from this position. First we work on how to slip well and how to hit the solar plexus then next doubling this up with a short left hook. A winning combination every time. The strike to the plexus freezes their body so they can't evade and then the hook to the head finishes the job. Lastly we work on outside and inside triples. They work the same way: fix the body with the strike to the plexus, knock the wind out of them by the uppercut to the diaphragm or heart or if on the inside triple the hook to the liver does a similar job sending a painful shock across the body. They are then set up for your clinching shot the short hook to the chin. Lastly with the triples mix them in with a bob and weave link and you've got the basis of your inside game. You'll be hitting major targets with accuracy because that's how you've trained it.
