Waziri, what you are saying could be true but that is not what happens on the ground. The Recruiters make very early plans and receive the money quite early. The candidates whose parents have paid have marks in-between their fingers for easier identification.
We need bases along the somali boarder all the way to Lamu. Move the bses frome Nairobi and spread them out. It makes no sense for having a base in eastleight a residental area. Exactly who are they protecting. Nairobi only needs a first response team the GSU. Military bases need to be along our borders after all thats the job of the military to protect the country from external threats but alshabab have a field day in Lamu and all our border towns close to the border with somaila

Not only is he clearly out of his depth,but clearly he is very clueless about matters military. ( Ie The distinction between men and officers,etc , etc) He even spoke of ' constables '!! Eiiish!! This mediocrity surely needs to be run out of town. Our great country deserves far better than this. Glad that both he and his boss,remain but civilians!!
