ruto has a right-wing, reactionary pan-africanism. what is pan-africanism for if its not about empowering and uplifting the african peoples. not about enriching and relying on an africanist elites. We need to reconsider our notions of leadership, and our past and different societies can add flexibility to our notions of leadership. why shouldnt we be able to call back those that are supposed to serve us. Shouldn't public service be privilege and not a right to rule by bondage and guns? In reality in a world with this kind of elite rule, the ruling classes will long be dependent on external support, cuase they cant maintain order alone. to make matters worse, ruto is there to further iron out the logistics of the release of kenyan police in the land of haiti. are these not echoes of a british colonial past that called upon sudanese and ugandan militias to crack down on insurgency in kenya?

we have horrific media coverage. i think at some point its better to learn about whats going on through alternative sources, books, primary sources such as interviews, reading the policy and research documents instead. i mean they have agitated about the jet but what he is doing on the trip is much worse, and thats not focused on. he is partly there to finalize the mission plan for the police that are gonna essentially invade haiti. and what about the methods of accountability over what they will do there and whats going on with the money? terrible coverage, snd i bet many of these news people are deeply corrupt people themselves.
