Thanks for watching!! Where is your favorite place to offroad? Do you like it muddy and wet, or rocky and dry? East coast or west coast? Let me know in the comments below!
JK Gear and Gadgets Windrock is one of my favorite places to off-road. They’ve got a little bit of everything there and the scenery is amazing. The first time I went was with my dad in his Jeep and even though it hadn’t been rainy there was mud everywhere.
I dont know yet. Just got my JK and looking forward to some wheeling in the near future. Care to teach a new dog old tricks? Haha Hope to see ya out there on the trails someday.
I took my JT over Black Friday weekend. Heavy rain and mud made for lots of butt-pucker moments. Great place to ride though. Hope to go back when it's dry.
Go when Hollie is going. I am going to try and make it on her tour to AOP and Windrock. Next time you go to Windrock hit up Walden's ridge, Panther Rock, and a few others. Oh hell you know Matt and Jeremy this is in their back yard just give them a hollar and have them take you around
At first I thought it was sad that the Rock Fab guy didn’t have a front locker. Then I thought for a guy trying to sell recovery gear, it’s actually brilliant. He can use the recovery gear all the time. Proving it’s worth. Showing it off. Seriously. Spend the money on an advertising wrap. Boom. 🎤⬇️
My JL isn't a trailer queen, but I am NOT a mud guy. Don't like having to spend more time cleaning up than wheeling. OK to watch you slog through though 😜
I prefer the southwest for wheeling, but I do like to watch you east coast crazies play in the mud. Btw, I used to live in S.C. and we played in the mud with my dad's FJ55 and 2 CJ5's such great memories.
The trail is very, very, very, very espectacular !!! I live in Puerto Rico and I had a samurai, they are great, now I have a 4runner in plans to ride it. success in your videos !!
Would love to hit Windrock with you sometime. Last time I went were similar conditions, minus the snow. My buddy and I had no idea what trails to hit. Started on 75 and just slowly worked our way back toward the lodge trying to hit as many blacks as we could.
I'd be down for a spring ride and I'm only 45 mins up the road.....quite a change from when I used to be 45 mins up the road from your current location. I've got a garage to fix any damages from the park as well.
Man oh man, that looks fun!!! I'm west coast. We dont have stuff like that. Looked awesome. Sandhallow Utah has one of the best spots to wheel... Definitely would like to get muddy tho. Some of the lines you took where interesting. I will make it out there some day!!! Thanks for the video!!!
@@JKGearandGadgets I know! Hit Beasley Knob over Thanksgiving. Want to hit it again a little dryer. Don't mind the mud, but I wanted to crawl more. Windrock is on the list for 2020!
Our favorite place to wheel coming from Myrtle Beach, but hate all the mud on some of the trails. Trail 15 is so fun and it is right at the beginning of the mountain. After 2 weeks at Windrock, and still only hit a small fraction of the trails there.
If you like this vid you should watch rockyour4x4, those guys are serious. And they do these trails in similar conditions. Love the vid Ben, keep ‘me comin 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽
I’d like to see all the new and unusual Jeep jk unlimited Accesories. Anything new that helps or works. Does the super chip actually improve acceleration when paired with cold air intake/snorkel package and muscrawler cat back exhaust? So rockslide engineering auto steps work? New Jeep interior mods, JL stealthbox speaker quality, hardtop retractable roof, is 37” with 20s on it still viable off-roading, new displays, dual battery setups...etc
Jeep gear and gadgets When you guys coming back to windrock I'd like to maybe wheel with you guys if you come up.. my zukicon lol or my jk probably both
You guys should check out the Ace lava jackets for your winter Wheeling excursions. They're very nice and work well. My wife approves of them. They have adapters for different wranglers
Great video Ben! Going wheelin in the mud without doors sounds awful... Are you going to do an after install update on the Currie Antirock swaybar On and Offroad?
When the ruts are so deeply grooved in you have to have 40s it's time for trial maintenance. If that's a private park the owners need to scrape that down a bit.
Care to do a walk around of the xj? I would specifically like to know about the front bumper (I like the upside down winch) and the steering box brace.
Great video again guy's it was worth the wait . No mud for me unless it unavoidable .To much time trying to clean it up . Favorite spot … well … Moab . Until next time take care and I hope you are feeling better now Ben .
What's up Ben I recently subscribed awesome vids really helpful just ordered 1-tons and 40s hopefully be here in a couple weeks going to rausch creek or aoaa the weekend after and def plan on taking many trips down south and out west hope 2 see you out there
Hey guys great vid I just went to rock fab to buy a few things and support a fellow off road company buy everything was out of stock but hey great vid guys loved it
What model GoPro do you use and do you use an external mic with it? I have a Hero 5 Black and the internal mic sucks pretty bad, especially when recording gunfire. Thanks in advance!
Great video! I just picked up a drone myself. Windrock looks hardcore when it’s wet and muddy. I’ve only wheeled out west ( Utah, Colorado, Arizona, California). Illinois is my home state. Not much for trails around here. For Jeeps anyway. Great to see ya out wheeling! Love your channel.
Kudos for both of you hanging in there for as long as you did, as I enjoyed it from the warmth of my home. Weather certainly added a suck factor to that adventure. Thank you for bringing us along. Yes, a summer trip is needed.
How well do the back face car seats fit the gladiator? Also how do y’all find spots to off road. We want to get a gladiator but trying to find places to go off road is difficult.
JK Gear and Gadgets just north of New Orleans. I used to have a well built off road truck but sold it years back because we never could find trails. But now with google how is a good way to find cool trails. We would love to buy a new truck but don’t need a pavement princess.
