Even in the hottest desert temps we have see no issues with heat being a concern on either of these brands of skid.

Only so many hours in a day. Their lead times keep getting better and better.

@@AllProAutoOffroad ya I hear you. Really wanted to run all Rusty’s stuff on my 392. Just can’t wait any longer and I’m running out of time. I have emailed them a ton of times and they don’t have a time frame for those rock sliders. Love the look of them. Great videos 👍🏻

From what I was told, 2-3 weeks and they should be shipping

I love both companies but I feel the Rusty's is stronger in the skid, bumper and slider department. It's what I have on my personal jeeps

Yes, his system replaces the stock stuff so it fits nice. Most times we see the drive shaft hit the tank it's due to poor set up on the suspension

@@AllProAutoOffroad What is typically poorly set up? If you have enough shock travel, it is bound to happen due to the geometry that the track bar arc creates. As the driver’s side drops out the entire axle moves towards the passenger side. You can fix it by cheating the axle beyond center towards the driver’s side by making the track bar longer at ride height or you can relocate the track bar mounting points on both the frame and axle, both outwards to create a bigger arc. Or, you could use a shorter shock to limit flex… But why would you want to hinder flex instead of making the previously noted changes? What am I missing that could be set up wrong?

Different things work for different people/vehicles. Sounds like you got your situation figured out perfectly.
