Hey can you please suggest an equaliser app for Android and mac. I recently got boat 751 anc headphones but want to fix to a proper sound signature. Aslo any equaliser settings you would suggest?
Great stuff as always! I do have a feedback/request though. I was wondering if you could put an extra disclosure in the video stating the if the product was sent by the company and if any money exchanged hands or not. I am not at all questioning the credibility of your reviews but I would appreciate an extra disclosure.I had noticed that in your TSC Stylux review the hashtag include 'collaboration' and the audience doesn't really know what that means and iirc, the video doesn't mention that either. Some things in the description of this video just made me curious about this video too. Again, I am in no way questioning the credibility of your views or opinions, but I do think that the audience will appreciate knowing the nature of the transaction if one has taken place. I might have been mistaken, but I think an extra disclosure would clear any misunderstandings anyone has. I hope you understand what I mean.
Yeah, that's a valid concern. This product was sent to me, but no other compensation was there. Most products are actually sent by brands, like 9/10 that I cover on the channel. The way things work in India makes it difficult to do things the way i want. For example, in US, influencers are required by law to declare if they worked with brand, while in India, there's no such law, so brands and their agencies take advantage of that. The way I work is that I don't go ahead in case I have to do anything that I wouldn't have done in an objective video, so even in Stylux chair video, I mentioned it's negatives, even though the chair was sent to me. The reasons for not including disclosure like Mr. Mobile are many, which is also the reason why most people don't do it, including MKBHD etc., and one of the reason is reduced watch time, as people generally skip that, but there are also other India specific issues, and some decisions on my side about it. Even I admit that I don't do things in the way that I'd have wanted, but that's the only way to work in India specifically, but at least one thing I ensure is that the audience gets accurate info about things I cover. The only way to do things the way I'd have wanted would be to change the Indian laws.
@@TechReflex Appreciate the reply. I understand that most products are sent by companies themselves, I was just unaware if there were any additional requirements that the brands might have given (like, viewing the video before it is published, etc) which, as you mentioned, don't really need to be mentioned explicitly as per our laws. I never doubted that your reviews were genuine and I don't think people were thinking that in any case. I understand it's a thin line to please both brands and viewers. Transparency about this stuff boosts trust. Thanks for clearing it up. Edit- Btw, have you thought about starting channel memberships?
Had to go to police station and submit documents for the area surrounding my property. There were many false claims made like criminal intimidation etc., but I was able to disprove them. Haven't heard from police so far after that so I am guessing matter has been resolved.
