English subtitles are updated, please turn on if needed :DD There is one mistake at 1:39 that I accidentally said To the design of the O1 Pro, obviously it's O1. :DD
The FIRST unbox video for JMGO O1 & O1 Pro in the world is here! In this video, I will unbox the JMGO O1 and O1 Pro, and walk you through what's inside. I am also going to compare the differences between the two models. I'm really impressed by the image quality and sound quality that the JMGO O1 (especially the O1 Pro) provides. It brings an immersive experience that I can't find on other projectors. All things considered, I'd highly recommend the JMGO O1 series for those who want to give ultra-short-throw projectors a shot and enjoy the ultimate movie experience! Hi! Are you able to stream your iOS device to it? And does it have to be connected to an ethernet cord to work or just plug in the power adapter and go? Thanks!
Are these native full HD (1920 x 1080) or interpolated up from a lower resolution? I like that the pro version has optical sound out - it could connect to my 5:1 surround system! Be great to try to see what size picture I could get on my barn wall!
Yes! It is 1920*1080 according to Texas Instrument official spec, not interpolated. Yes, the sound is awesome just like in a movie theater, I want to play the sound of that movie but it's copyrighted, haha so I just use another BGM instead. I can't even find a big wall to project 100inch, lol
I've cancelled my support for the unit. Apparently I came to realize beside some gimmick I am just paying about $400-500 to have Ultra short Throw LED (not laser) feature and Leica brand. Lumen is terrible and everything else like picture quality would be average if not worse than what you could buy from Epson, ViewSonic, or Optoma.
Hi, thanks for commenting. I feel sorry for that! But based on my tests (also my other teammates), JMGO O1 series is definitely one of the best of the bunch. First of all I don't think with this price you can get a laser projector (not even thinking about it). Second is though Lumen or other specs may look not that compelling, JMGO is not like other unknown or small projector manufacturers always giving false specs and turns out totally unusable (just like some action cameras they mark 4k capability but turns out interpolated!), JMGO is giving the real specs, and the image quality, especially sound quality is beyond my expectation :D
