Same. I only weigh 127lbs for a 5.8 frame, I am tall and skinny (got a thigh gap etc.) but my body dysmorphia makes me feel huge at times 😥

I feel the same way I weigh 145 pounds and I have a lot of muscle in my body but I check my body multiple times a day just to see how much I weigh and it really has ruined my mental health

Of course, this is tv. Nobody's going to be immediately cured of body image problems over one show.

It’s very hard with all dressing rooms closed ( especially for shapely women. We really have to try things on to get what looks best for our shape. Goodwill still has not opened dressing rooms. I have to buy clothes and return them constantly.

Same, I'm slim as well and don't even care for traditional wedding dresses. But love watching this particular show and what it does for these brides. They are always so shocked at the fact that they do have a figure and the dresses accentuate that... Duh ladies, slim or big, that's precisely what structured dresses do for all of us, they accentuate our figures and give our bodies structure. If I wear a structured dress for instance I'll wear one that gives more volume to my hips, since my hips are on the narrower side. Structured dresses are just magical like that, they do wonders for both big and slim women alike! 😁

you can get corsets for cheap online nowadays. I bought one for only $10 and have been wearing it out under my clothes. I look so much better! and I feel better too. the corset also pretty much ensures you cannot slouch when you sit, so it does wonders for my posture both sitting and walking!
