I totally agree with you...although I don't think it was this cause that led the actor who plays Alex to leave the series...I think the actors who leave or who die on the show are getting lost in the series, like about 15 episodes before they come out they don't appear much. like cristina for example, after the plane crash she started to be excluded nn spoke much about her, only after 3 episodes before she left they talked about her, and put her in the story as before when she was one of the main ones. with alex it was the same unimportant running after jo's husband later apologizing to her, then the season when they get married and it becomes the best season for them...and then a goodbye letter... . so I think like this, the actors are leaving as they run out of story in the series....well, in my opinion.
Anyone know the greys anatomy ep where jo nearly quits it happens in the locker room Edward asks where she is going and then jo reply but I can’t remember the ep pls help xx
