Love her comedy. This woman is so hilarious. I have a pretty dry sense of humor and it takes a lot to make me laugh out loud. Every time I see one of her comedy shows online I'm laughing my ass off. She's the GOAT in my opinion

A magnificent set! Joan Rivers truly was a queen of comedy, unlike so many others who claim the title without being even half as funny. She could fire great jokes out like a machine gun. Here, she is relentless for an entire hour, at 78 years old! Bravo. She indeed deserved a standing ovation. She is most certainly entertaining the angels in heaven.

I always come to rewatch all of Joan's iconic specials, I know how much of a blessing It would have been seeing her in person. And thank the lord that we are still blessed with her today! We all love and miss you dearly Joan! May you rest in peace, beautiful soul. 👑

33:30 I was smoking 🚬 just outside Thos' Jefferson Univ. Hospital years ago when 2 nurses brought out a patient who really was a 4-limb amputee. Above both knees and one below elbow, one above elbow. He asked me for a cigarette. Of course, I gave him one, and i lit , held and ashed it for him. The stink-eye I got from his nurses! What the hell, let the man have a smoke 🚬, what else does he have? It's not like he can drink or, ahem, reach his joystick. And a comic could never joke about amputations on stage today. I miss Miss Rivers and a big part of that is we no longer have permission to laugh at the things she joked about.
The world watched her grow as a comedian, an artist, and a humanist. My heart swells. I'm so grateful I had the privilege of being with her. In the end, she simply didn't give a f-ck. Genius.
