Yea well he CAN because he gets to be an actor making millions. If I was him instead of a working class low bottom worker having to yes everybody in order to survive... Id probablly adopt the same chip on my shoulder. So in a way, I think hes great! But in another way... Id like to say FUCK YOU to all the hollywood millionairs.
Being shy doesn’t mean you’re an introvert, extroverts can be shy too. Introverts are more about caring about what you think about yourself instead of what others think of you. A lot of the times introverts seem shy because they just rather be alone
His voice in a mixture of manliness and vulnerability at the same time, and one minute your scared of him, and another minute you wanna hug him, it's rare but he's got it
Joaquin has figured all these phonies out. He is easily my absolute favorite celebrity. And he's not afraid to use his opportunities to speak for important causes. Such a true person. I admire this man greatly.
Tiene la oportunidad que su hermano no tuvo y decidió seguir denunciando lo que él denunciaba y más cosas y continuar con la lucha por el planeta y la vida en él
To be more precise, "coringa" means "joker" in brazilian portuguese. In the original portuguese it would be "palhaço". [EDIT] As @Pmgaming 13 pointed out, I forgot to mention that, in Portugal, we just call him "Joker", we don't translate the fictional character or the playing card's name. "Palhaço" is the translation for "clown" or "joker" as an occupation.
Put the two of them, with Jim Carrey and you have the holy trinity of not buying into Hollywood bullshit. The humble one, the real one, and the AAAAAAAAA one.
MW Erm, not really... He was born in Puerto Rico from both American parents (his father was from English, German and French descent and his mother is Jewish, with Hungarian and Russian descent). His parents were travelling Central and South America with a religious cult around the time he was born, that’s why he was born in PR. They only returned to continental US when Joaquin was around 3 years old.
I relate to him so much. I’m introverted and socially awkward. People have so much meaningless conversation that it’s just boring and unimportant. I don’t try to remember conversations or funny things that happen because they just happen and it’s okay. I wish I could act like this to people but I have to look normal. I’m so much more comfortable with myself after finding out he was like me
he is a genius actor. He is not introverted / socially awkward. That is simply silly to think. He manipulates the hosts to his liking - he is a man of great intellect and emotion who can read and play to any situation. Only a a person of a very limited mind can misconstrue this as any kind of awkwardness...
@@mikhail5002 Congrats on being exceedingly pretentious in the RU-vid comment section, your effort is recognized and will go down in history as an incredible accomplishment.
It’s amazing how someone can have such a huge presence on screen and still be a reserved sweet, introverted person in social situations. Acting, ladies and gentlemen.
I think he opens up more if you let him talk more and ask him straight forward and short questions. I think he's the type of person who talks a lot if you get him to talk about something he's passionate about.
I’ve often wondered why River and Joaquin Phoenix looked nothing alike, even questioned if River might actually be adopted as he seemed to look nothing like his other siblings. Until now. It’s like seeing what it would’ve been like if River had grown up. They are the same person with a different face. I’ve never realized that before, and I absolutely f***ing love it.
Joaquin is one of the realest actors out there he doesn’t hide what he really feels everything he says is just real and seems like that shy kid that’s just really funny when he gets comfortable around you, thats why he’s just one of my favorite actors
@@fayeharrison1741 it's an ethical stance and he's an activist. He speaks about it publicly, I think that's what you mean in your childish statement of "throwing it in everyone's faces"
@@ishansaha24 that's not it.. the previews I saw didn't really show very much of anything, and I guess I didn't want to give anyone a chance to outdo Ledger's Joker.
@@fleshbag7754 There isn't much of anything outside of Jauqin's fantastic acting, and some undercooked social commentary. Definitely feels like a missed opportunity, as I don't think Jauqin would be interested in revisiting the role.
Greatest Actor of this generation. He needs better movies but his acting ability is up there with he greatest ever, He was sensational as Johnny Cash and when I saw that I hardly knew who Johnny Cash was but after that movie I soon learned, Then his part in Gladiatior also was very special and the greatest acting I think I may have ever seen...….The Joker !!!
Love Joaquin. It’s like he strives to make everyone else feel as uncomfortable as he does, as soon as he opens his eyes that day. He may be off beat.... but at he’s real... and he’s a special actor.
he's not crazy, he's pissed at the bad but he's trying to make some good out of it. It's hard to classify because it's a very core quality in humans...
