Guys there is no impact on the dependent visa holders of skilled worker visa. Their visa will be valid till the last date of their previous visa and then they can extend it before their current visa expires to match the partners skilled worker visa.

This was a confusing question even when we were filling the application. Don’t remember exactly but suggest you go by the language of the question i.e. if it’s asking last 3 across US and then last 3 across EU then specify so, otherwise if it’s across both together, then the most recent overall should suffice.

What if i change my employer as skilled worker visa do i need to change my dependents visa or wait until there previous visa expiry?
Our employers had their own tie ups for visa consultants, so don’t have lot of details here. But there are many reputed visa consultancies out there like delloite n many more/ more easy way is to check via employer

So i would like to seek your advice whether he is allowed to work additional 20 hours in any care related job in hospital or in any other fast food or Cafe. I am guessing I should mention No dependents in the new form as they already have dependent visa (from old employer). Please let me know your thoughts.

I mean can i come back and apply for renew BRP application at the end of September or start of October ? will it be ok ? 2) I have skilled worker visa and working with same sponsor , so will IHS charges need to be repaid ?
Ihs charges will need to be paid again but old ihs charges get partially refunded, you have to apply for that On the travel date and applying for new visa, it might be better to postpone the travel if you can just to be safe.

Hi, we are not visa or legal consultants. Afaik, there are some limit on how many hours of part time work can one do on skilled worker visa. Please check gov.uk
It’s not mentioned on BRP but you get a new BRP because now your validity date will be according to new cos by new employer and how long they sponsor your visa for

We haven’t gone through the dependent visa process yet as both of us have seperate skilled worker visas. Please check gov.uk website for details on dependant visa and see when you can apply

Hi I got my approval for 5 years skilled worker visa. My employer has given me COS from 20 dec 2021 to 20 dec 2026. Now in approval mail, I have got my Visa validity from 20 dec 2021 to 15 oct 2026. This is 2 month 5 days shortage for 5 years visa. Will this be a problem while applying for PR? If so, what are the things needs to be done before that ? Please throw some Light !

Search for roles on LinkedIn and other job portals in your areas of interest and apply to as many as you can with customized cv and cover letters. Job search can be a a bit tedious but anything is possible if you stay at it and gain relevant skills and experience
