Be careful about moving and working in Belgium - they absolutely dislike and discriminate against foreigners there. Best is to stay in the capital Brussels for living and working!

2300 Euro after taxes is a good salary. But if the amount mentioned is including taxes, not too good as cities like Brussels are very expensive, rent, electricity , water!

Getting a job in Belgium when you're from non IT sector is not easy and straight. Software engineers and some core skilled like architects are in demand but other management or office jobs are most preferably for EU citizens, then the countries in close association with EU like Turkey etc and only then third world citizens are considered. It practically costs a little much for the employers and they need to justify their hiring to the Govt. If you're a software engineer, your chances are thick compared to any other sector

Applying for Belgian universities is the most easiest I've encountered so far. It only takes 15 minutes. And they take an interview within two weeks and inform you about the results in one week. Also getting into a Belgian university is the easiest.

Your comment on dependent work permit is wrong. Dependent can work under family reunion but they cannot apply work permit. Individual dependent work permit can be apply and approved from India only, dependent will not get work permit while applying from Belgium

In 2021, the export of Belgian pork and beef was worth € 2 billion. 66% of the Belgian pork and beef produced is destined for export. With an annual production of 4 million tonnes, Belgium is one of the top-5 largest producers of potatoes in the EU. In short....it isn't because Belgium imports lots that there isn't a thriving agriculture.

All dependent are allowed to work in belgium without getting the sponsorship. Because the permit given by belgium is single . If you are married couple only one of you need sponsorship.
