If you’re not familiar with Theo’s style this might seem like the weirdest interview ever.

Never thought I’d see Theo on here but here we are

Jocko's first interview with theo was something special. For the first 20 minutes or so, Jocko seemed really standoffish, unnerved, almost like he wasn't sure if Theo was making fun of him in a way he didn't quite understand. And then, a switch flips and he sees Theo for what he really is. Just a regular dude trying to make sense of the world through laughter. We need more of it.

The more I hear Theo talk about his mental struggles, the more I see myself in him. I can relate to feeling self conscious of having an older father and a dysfunctional family that’s very different from my peers’s family. I understand that unwelcomed feeling and never feeling like I’m enough no matter how much others reassure me I’m good. His vids on his YT channel has been therapeutic as I struggle to overcome the traumas of my past alongside Theo.

Jocko has already been on Theo's podcast twice, nice to see Theo on his.

This is the least Jocko episode of Jocko, and I love it.

Absolute left turn for the typical content of this podcast. But damn Theo killed it. He's even more hilarious in the format of this show and had a lot of good shit to say. The way Theo uses language is so creative and amazing. like Jocko said, he is real but also without any prentence and natural funny.

With the passing of norm, Theo has become even more cherished. A unique perspective and effortlessly funny with a heart of gold and a fearlessness in confessing how he really feels about things. Different methods and no one can compare to norm, but damn if it’s not good to have a young chunk of coal ready to take the torch. Gang bruh

If Jocko runs for president, Theo has to be on the cabinet.

Jocko is an amazing leader and this episode proves that. Nails it. Echo's gotta breathe from time to time as a sign of life (I was getting real worried about him). Never thought Jocko would get along with a guy as different as Theo. One of the best episodes ever.

I think this was healing for all three of these gentlemen. They talked, laughed, and experienced growth. Jocko constantly lives through war, echo is by his side and they both laughed and were able to escape some of the war. Theo was able to be a mentee and wasn't someone who had to lead his jokes or the topic of the conversation. All three of these gentlemen are beautiful in all of their own right

I have a very addictive personality and I’ve always called myself “a creature of habit” I guess in a subconscious effort to avoid really dealing with it and what Theo said about “u can’t think ur way into right action but u can act ur way into right thinking” really struck a chord with me.
