I have been outside of the gym seventeen years now. I am 65: still healthy yearning to get back to the gym. The gym is a workout which saves our soul. Podcasts like these make me realize how much I take for granted sometimes, and remind me to appreciate things more. It hurt me to hear him say that he questioned why he didn't just die instead of living, but I also don't blame him at all. He is definitely one tough motherfucker.

Very inspiring 6 months ago I quit heroin with a combination of meditation muay thai and jiu-jitsu. I'm 39 years old and restarting life. There are days I feel like a lover because I'm not living up to my potential. If he can make a come back I have no excuse thanks for the extra motivation and your contributions to our freedom love you guys

With Jesus all things are possible!! I used to gangbang do meth etc MMA changed my life through my coach who was Christian didn’t have to pay just show up for church! Your not a loser that’s the devil tryna bring you down! Give your stress to the man above and ask to replace it with peace and confidence and it will happen!! I get a lot of anxiety trust me 😂😂😂

Congratulations on your clean time and getting into MMA! I've been clean from opiates since 2012 but only started Muay Thai last year. It's something I wish I found earlier because it completely changed my life and how I process emotions + trauma. I feel the same. I've gone through some terrible shit and had to pick myself up from being a trafficking survivor, cancer, homelessness, and mental health stuff, but those struggles don't come anywhere close as what he's gone through. I love hearing stories of people who had the courage to persevere because they revitalize me and keep me optimistic that I can keep doing hard things too. I hope to see you celebrating 1 year clean in the comments in a few months! 🙌🏼

I’ve been tuning in for years now these podcasts have helped me develop as a man without a father figure! I introspect and I see I’m more mature in the way I’m disciplined and maneuver through hard times in life!! Also Jesus Christ has changed my life I’ve been under spiritual attack, I’ve been around witchcraft and satanic stuff my whole life!! Life’s been tough mentally but through God everything is alright!! I’ve promised myself to never kll myself bc as man we hit that breaking point no one knows!! I think I love and wanna buy this book. I'm a 60-year-old retired disabled Vet. I had a dbl lung transplant. I am all that in that book. I speak positively everyday to feel good because I have a second chance in life and am so grateful. I have been told to write a book just like that. This podcast is awesome and all me. I'm glad I listened. I do what the book says on the Daly and share it with others. I know my purpose.

I have a pit bull and the only way to get her into an apartment in Colorado was to make her an “emotional support” animal and I got her a vest that says “Emotion Support Animal” on it. She can pull it off until a squirrel runs by then “bull” comes out and she’s like “I know I agreed to be a good girl but I gotta go fuck this furry guy up dad”.

I have no words For this guy!!! When I heard he was coming back on the pod cast I was instantly IN! His outlook and perspective even thought he didn’t say it in regards to the good lord has a plan. I'd love to do more Jitz but I have always had a ceiling of how far I can go with breathing. It's like I'm being choked out before I even gas. Solar plexus region gets crazy tight (a bit scary when that area gets tight). I did some testing, evidence of a small obstruction, then I went and lost 60 pounds. About to test my breathing again. Once I can figure out wth my breathing issue may be, I might get back into training.
