Top tips for managing your wellbeing or mental health:
- Exercise/go for run/ get outside
moving and exercise can help process some of the chemicals within your body that are a by product of stress, so cortisol adrenaline they get processed and worked through body by moving and getting exercise to combat stress and get the endorphins flowing feel good chemicals in body and brain.
- Having Goals and working on those goals moving forward in your life. Set goals during this time, pick up a guitar, download photoshop, learn a language.
- Try to accept uncertainty and look at what you can control in life and let go and accept what you can't control In your life.
