Beningo has a great point about the Jets getting no calls from the Zebras. They way you change that is to blow out teams like the Patriots and the Dolphins. Then the ref’s will treat you with some respect.

They don't get the roughing calls because their quarterback isn't a pocket passer. If he is outside the tackles, it is unlikely they get a roughing call. Both roughing calls, Prescott was standing in the pocket and he had released the ball before he was hit. One of those calls didn't matter.

I remember when the jets were favored over the patriots. They had won 3 straight to get to 5-3 and the pats had lost 2 straight to go to 5-3. It was a Sunday night game at home and everyone was picking the jets to win and then take over the division. Naturally they layed an egg and lost 37-16

Jets management has been delusional ever since Zach Wilson led therm to a 5-2 start last year. Management thought they had a Super Bowl roster on their hands and decided that their young second year QB was standing in the way of this terrific roster from making a deep run in the playoffs. Jet management was wrong. The team went 2-8 after the fast start, many of those games without Wilson at QB. No matter who is the QB, 2-8 means your roster probably sucks and, on its best day, is mediocre. Yet Jet management thought they had the goods, threw their young QB to the curb and brought in ageing Hall of Famer Aaron Rodgers to lead them to the Super Bowl. Well, we see how that is turning out. The O-Line sucks. Last year when non mobile Mike White took over and stood in the pocket, he got maimed. Not once, but twice, he couldn't last two games before the mauling forced him to the sidelines. This year immobile Aaron Rodgers lasted four snaps behind this line. Meanwhile mobile young QB Zach Wilson has spent the past two years running for his life on nearly every snap. Yet, delusional Jet management thinks that the Jet O-line is quality and that they have a Super Bowl ready offence. They don't As far as the Super Bowl quality defense. It went 2-8 down the stretch last year. Super Bowl defenses don't go 2-8. And this year, a slightly above average Dallas team with a slightly above average QB in Day Prescott, a good RB in Pollard and only one quality receiver in CeeDee Lamb, ran up and down the field on this defense. Prescott was pressured only once the whole game. And Lamb was widel open one third and long after another. The Jets D was exposed for what it was last year. Mediocre. Yet Jet management somehow thinks this is a super bowl defense and that they must sacrifice the development of their young talented second overall pick QB to pursue this Super Bowl window they delusional think they have. It's been nuts and continues to be a farce.
