@@Ednerd - I have played golf with a whole lot of 6 handicapper's .. they are very good players. It takes a lot of work to become a 6 handicap (USGA considers 6 handicap and below to be "scratch"). I got below that but it took 1000's of hours of training and practice. You don't just magically become a "scratch" player. Less than 0.5% of the golfing world are 6 handicap or below.

How do you know? Ever played with him? Seen people with akward swings and still played very good golf ... Jim Furyk and Mathew Wolff comes to mind.
