I 1000% agree with Joe. Before Wendy’s decline, she introduced us to Will on her after show as her jeweler. Then boom he’s her manager. The publicist and manager had no experience or business handling someone like WW. In my opinion the producers did an excellent job exposing this guardianship and everyone around her. She should not have been left alone. If not for the cameras that lady may have been left to a demise. Someone was bringing her booze instead of food! The Power of Attorney was removed from her son for excessive spending on an apartment, Uber eats etc. wasn’t his mother living with him at the time? What else do you expect the care for someone like Wendy to live in a certain lifestyle would cost?! Like Joe I watched a million times and each time there was something more horrifying that stood out. Sad 😞

If you ever worked in a nursing home you'd have a very different perspective on this! Get right with your family while you can cause it can get bad if you get sick...

The exploitation of Wendy is the saddest thing I’ve seen this year😢 I don’t think Wendy was addicted to fame. She was addicted to being loved and not alone. True Wendy fans know she never had any friends. Her happiness was the show, the audience, the staff etc. after the show she’d go home to jersey and be alone. It’s so sad to see all that’s happened to her. Something about the family was sus tho.

I do agree, but we cant forget that in the families care, within a short amout of time, she had a $100,000 uber eats bill along with other misuse..it obvious that anyone telling her not to do something she would quickly disown them..with her mental state the approach to helping her had to be very thought out to get the message across b/c if not she will spazz...Also she had 15,000 just laying around that could been stolen if in the wrong hands..She needs 24 hour care and family has shown that in their care money was mismanaged severely..

The Podcast members that are debating with Joe, don’t understand how Guardianship works. I haven’t seen the doc but from everything I’m hearing, there is a lot of illegality happening. The entire purpose of the Guardianship is to override what the patient/client wants because it is court ordered. If a consumer can make their own decisions they don’t need a Guardianship. With a POA the client has more say in their care but a lot less say with Guardianship. Also, your team should be a treatment team, not a team of people in entertainment. Your “team” should consists of: primary care physician, Neurologist, Nurses, maybe Case Manager/Social Worker. The doctors should have been the ones to sign off on Guardianship not a financial institution that sounds like a direct conflict! Something ain’t clean in the buttermilk. Some people threatened to petition the court for Guardianship of my mom and we went to war!
