@@notyourdinner3446 bro are you a masvidal fan boy Thompson embarrassed him, dropped him with a beautiful side step strike and his sidekicks fucked him up he schooled him
@@yourface1232 the side kick that dropped him was more like it pushed him to the ground off his feet making him lose balance. That's way different than landing a side kick that hurts you and drops you. You can tell because Masvidal was smiling as soon as he hit the ground. I've been dropped both ways in sparring before. I've been knocked off balance by a push kick coming in & dropped by a painful clean sidekick to the ribs. One is balance, one is pain. But for sure wonderboy did beat Masvidal up with beautiful straight punch & kick combinations.
Wait patron saint of Welterweight? Did patron saints give birth to Jesus cuz Stephen is his dad if anything. Hes also Robert Whittakers dad which is also a win he doesnt get credit for enough
I think for some reason he is not going to be the fortunate one. Not because of lack of skills but you also need the momentum and a little bit of luck in match ups I think
Apart from a freak loss to Pettis, Wonderboy has never delivered a bad performance. Absolutely dominates his opponents on the feet. In my opinion, the most underrated welterweight of all time and here is Masvidal, who, Wonderboy literally bullied in the octagon, getting another title shot for basically nothing.
Didn’t even deserve the first one. The whole 6 days notice thing is bullshit too his fuckin teammates straight up admitted he was training hard with them.
@@TandJgaming Yep. The result after the fact proves Jorge didn’t deserve it. He’s a Journeyman who beat an up and coming overhyped fighter in Till, an old guy on a fluke in Ben and then beat up Diaz who loses more often than he wins these days. He’s not championship level.
What a guy, had the pleasure of meeting him when he came Liverpool to fight Darren Till, got a picture with him and he actually spoke to me and my friend for like 5 minutes.
HELLO!!! I want to spend time with celebrities. Just kidding. GAGAGAGAGA! I only want to spend time with my two girlfriends and record videos for RU-vid with the 3 of us. OH YEAH. Don't hate me for living the best life, dear har
Saddam was a good guy he was just trying to do things his own way in his own country and the Satanist us didn’t want that so they killed him , f the USA
@@philipdaviddavies9478 where the fuck did that come from. Did your comment end up in this section by mistake, by a glitch of some sort? That came from nowhere lol
i dont know if you'll ever see this but my father passed away of covid today and i just wanna say joe rogan he liked listening to your podcast especially hearing your voice in the octagon love you
He’s got such a sweet and friendly temperament. In his other videos he’s always so upbeat and happy like a young boy or a golden retriever (I mean that in the nicest way possible lol) but it’s nice to see this calm and cool side of him.
@@thesealofcamelot-darksouls2265 all of your comments across RU-vid all on people giving fighters compliments hahahahahahaha get a hobby my man 😭😭😭😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@brandonwilson4740 mm.. wonderboy is an interview talking about masvidal and giving him mad praise. “Don’t forget, he beat masvidal” lolol how could it not have to do with anything? He’s literally talking about them hahaha iono maybe I’m going crazy.
One thing that really made me believe in Masvidal, Chael predicted Usman will win. Sorry Usman, but no one is immune to the Chael curse other than Khabib.
I think everyone agrees with you on that. The red tube was horrible so anything is an improvement but this one is cool asf. Love that sign with the neon lights, it's like something from the game Bioshock.
@@straightwhiteman7524 they say it was an ass kicking because he dominated the score cards, but in reality masvidal proved that usman was scared to stand with him when masvidal wasnt prepared
His reserved and technical karate style lends itself well to longevity in the sport, he doesn't take much damage. He has a few more good years in him for sure
It's perfect except for that tacky neon sign behind him. Joe has the worst taste. What is it with him always wanting weird lights shining behind him. It hurts to look at
Wonderboy is in the top 3 most likable fighters along with Jan Blachowiz and Robert Whittaker. Not one moment in the whole conversation did Wonderboy ever feel the need to talk about himself like all other fighters. Super humble and charismatic.
hard to predict the fight let alone who would win ..the should make usman and isreal go at it ...the fact their roots are Nigerian doesn't give them a "no fight card"
@NOVA718 not sure how much mix martial arts knowledge you have but it’s all about matchups. Stylistically Wonderboy is a complete absolute nightmare matchup for Usman. Wonderboy would be by far the biggest and toughest challenge for Usman by long shot over anyone else in the division hands down. Case in point, Usmans wrestling pressure won’t work against Wonderboy and Usmans not gonna stand with Wonderboy. Therefore that’s why it’s such an intriguing matchup.
Getting old happens to all of us. Hell, I'm a 5'9" white dude that used to be able to dunk a basketball. Unfortunately, that was a different time. I'll never have it again, but the memories are pretty fun.......... Goddamn Tyron has big gold belts to remind him of all the good times. Don't feel bad for him. However, we should cheer on Wonderboy if he get's one more chance at it.
As a Greenville resident I love Wonder Boy! I go past his gym on main street in Simpsonville all the time. Have taken pictures with him downtown at connolleys too. Just as great of a guy in person as he seems on TV/ the internet.
I approve Ralf Hoover on ìg. Like he said they are many ways to be wealthy human being I never doubted and Î took a trial. If you wanna be wealthy like me. Approach him and don’t be skeptical. With him you can be a millionaire Ralfhoover08
Holy shit Joe LOVES explaining the Maszvidal knee on Askren - "He stepped to the Siiiiiiiddeee!" He says that in like every video and it looks like his head is gonna explode.
@@tylersmith9868 He's usually always baked - as am I lol, but I swear I just saw him say the same exact thing in the last video I watched, and he even explains it with the same mannerisms and tone of voice lol. Total fiend
I’m learning to not go with the hype ... but it’s hard I thought Justin had a chance against khabib I thought askren was going to take Jake but shiiiiiit
@@astroprojects7275 I thought it was going to be an MMA fight so I thought for sure Askren was going to win. But upon learning it was boxing it was pretty obvious that Ben was going to lose. The dude has almost no boxing.
Wonderboy is a great example fighter/person for the sport. Respectful, smart, and man of character. Though a solid and experienced fighter, Unfortunately he’ll never sell fights like Conor and Colby. We know why
@@TheTexasBrotha WB is going to hurt Burns so bad he’s going to send them back to the light weight division. Did you see what Dan Hooker did to Burns?? Wonderboy striking is a whole different level than Hookers.

Daaaamn nobody here noticing about how he talks about him and Masvidal setting up their fight in Singapore after Wonderboy was coming off a loss and Masvidal on the come up. Warrior shit right there!
@@AHighlander hate to break it to people but there are so many ways around testing. A large majority of professional athletes use PEDs. I had heard claims from former teammates that everyone at Blackzillians gym was juicing, that was his former gym. On top of that, he fights at 170 but look how he is not only has much more muscle mass than everyone, but he liters doesn’t seem to gas out at all. Even against people who are known to have the best cardio. With that much muscle mass your body uses so much more oxygen and has more tissue to fill with blood. It reminds me of TJ who was also on EPO.
Usman has very thin legs, could that helps him with cardio, on top of being naturally gifted in other areas that help cardio, like big lungs, nostrils etc to get his cardio to the level he is at, without PEDs?
it would be nice if they continued to release the full podcasts on here now i don’t listen because i don’t have spotify and i’m not going to watch 5 different 10 min clips that are out of order
His record in the UFC is 19 wins with 7 loses lol, he has faced top guys in AL Iaquenta and Usman, Benson Henderson and Wonderboy and lost to them all.
Imagine having Wonderboy on and creaming yourself over Masvidal. Wonderboy that humble he didnt even say he beat him comfortably. Hopefully he gets another crack at the title. So cool to watch.
