Bloody hell, I'm aching just watching it!

As a keeper I do training like this and it is so tiring and it leaves you SORE but every save is so rewarding and the training is pretty fun. Making a awesome save is like scoring a goal for an outfield player

They make it look so easy. I would be fucked after making one save

joe hart is a very good keeper he just makes silly mistakes that turn out to be costly

You might see plenty of outfield players shirk a heavy challenge, pull-out, go down at the slightest touch, players in the wall squirm etc etc but you won't find keepers pulling out of anything or being afraid to take a hit or get smacked in the face by a ball. You might see plenty of rubbish keepers, but chickens? No. Not in England at any rate.

In the army, well not British army, Singapore army they made us do training similar to this except that instead of footballs, we ran around with ammunition, rifles slung, and carrying 50kg rounds while trying to deploy heavy weaponry. But of course not at that pace otherwise you'd be knocked out by fatigue

you have to be nuts to be a keeper. I play 5aside in goal and that's hard enough. have to say tho I won us the game last night with a last minute penalty save came from 1-0 down to win 2-1.

THe one mistake you are missing out on. You are making them work on shot stopping but not on cross balls. What if the guy was free in middle of box and guy crosses it in. Keeper stays on his line. Free header always goes in unless you screw your life up.
