Thank you. Many of us who don't want to be marketed to or told what to eat should immediately go to 1:44:19 (you still won't get any jokes, but you will get great stories about great comics, esp Chappelle). EDIT - spelling
“Don’t tell me I can’t do something cause now I’m pissed” I love that. This is the exact thought that constantly drives me. That shit works. Kevin Harts a wise man.
Dude that's not original at all. I've been saying and doing this for 26 years. Kevin brought absolutely nothing new to the table. This whole episode was a motivational ad for Kevin to sell his supplements and whey protein. I can't believe how gullible and totally played out Joe's fans have become.
Super Saiyan Smurf I feel like that only applies to the ignorant kids and while ur right I still think there’s gonna be some individuals that actually take in what he’s saying. I hope it’s not a really low percentile of the group as we think but it probably is which is the sad part.
Just finished watching and your comment made me realize this. Perfect escape from reality for a couple hours, love Hart’s chemistry with Joe whenever he comes on
Im 1 hour in and just don't want this to end, it's so motivating. I will be listening to this again for sure. You guys might never read this but thank you Joe and Kevin.
There's a lot of great guests that Joe has never had on. Keanu would be great. Norm MacDonald would be amazing, as well. I'd love to see how a Tom Cruise interview would go. Seinfeld. Eddie Murphy. Louis CK. Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos. I'd love to see a President (current or former) on his podcast; whether it be Obama, Bush, Clinton or Carter.
Trump would bring down the house. Especially if Joe didn't take it serious 100%. Trump has a great sense of humor and is hilarious. One hour of issues Trump followed by one hour of funny troll Trump. It would murder.
Kevin became a hero of mine through his comedy, watching his 2 appearances with Joe has taken him to a whole different level in my book. He is inspiring, humble and genuine. If there were more Kevin Harts in this world we would all be better off. I'm going through a deep Depression and have been for some time but people like Kevin can be a ray of light in the darkest of spaces, thank you Kev, thank you for being authentically you!
There's always hope, mate. There's light at the end of the tunnel. Our Creator is always there, 24/7. His name is Allah, Lord of the universe. You just need to reach out to Him.
Man, Joe was choking up and shedding a tear at the end when Kevin was appreciating Joe and his podcast. Must've meant a lot to him. Hard work does pay off, kids. Pays a 100 mil to be accurate.
I have a whole new respect for Kevin Hart after watching this. He's made me look at my life and the changes I can make. Amazing podcast full of very good advice from his experience.
That Free Speaking Zone part of this conversation was really touching. About Kevin’s daughter with her hair. Just as another human being, I loved hearing about that moment he had with his daughter. It makes you remember that no matter someone’s financial situation or fame man that family stuff doesn’t change. Having a father in the household makes a huge difference.

I was laying around in bed with my headphones on and watching RU-vid videos just depressed and came across this. Now I feel enough energy to take a shower, do laundry, went to a restaurant, grabbed food and came home. This video and these kinds of conversations made a big difference. ❤💯💯💯🇺🇸💪🙏 thank you JR and KH! Let’s say with our chest!!! 👌
Remember what you learned from watching this. You have to realize that it is going to suck. You are going to have to work your ass off. But you can't reach the destination without the journey. Keep me posted.
Thank you for being a voice to the generations of people that need to hear a honest discussion on topical information. I am new to your channel and have been indulging into your world and thought. Thank you and stay blessed.
I love the intelligence and symbiotic conversations these two have. Kevin talks about such important topics. Me as a young women I need to hear about balance between work and family and this is a relatable and impactful way to hear it.
Everyone has been talking about this episode so i decided to check it out and I’m so glad that I did. It is so inspiring. It makes me want to learn myself and where my priorities in life are. I want to know important people who are in control of their lives. I gotta take action.
Yep. If there is one thing that would make a fucking requirement to graduate it would be a finances class to teach kids how to budget, how to pay taxes, pay back loans, etc. For as much bullshit as some of the systems can be (e.g. Student Loans), knowledge of that shit is essential for daily living.
Don't blame the American education system because you waste your paychecks on dresses and mascara and need us alpha males to support you and then you turn two-faced and are against the patriarchy when you came make it by yourself. Why do you think Eric Roberts's character snapped in Star 80? In real life that guy made that girl from waitressing to being a highly payed model and then she betrayed him once she had used him.
I used to really like Kevin, now I just really love him. I would have never thought a comedian and actor would be such an authentic, giving person. I’m sure he’s helping so many people! He has more respect from me than anyone I’ve ever seen.
This is crazy, Kevin's 2 and 7 yr interviews , got me motivated me, off my ass. Thank you Kevin, I can't explain what you just did. I've always been a fan, but now 1000 times more. Thank you, hope to meet you one day.
The best idea kind of Rogan I like to hear. Unfortunately if it happens probably will be on Spotify. Not that I blame him for jumping ship when it's sinking and on fire.
I didn't watch the video, but neither Kevin Hart nor Joe Rogan can beat me in a fight, so whatever tough talk is going on in these videos, I'll let the beta males and women buy into and then send your perceptions crashing down when I drop both of them. Is that what you mean by a reality check?
@@VideoManSir I'm gonna watch some wannabe jock and a comedian do a podcast that's "deep"? Don't make me laugh. I'm a sophisticated young man who finds philosophical value in the works of the great minds of the past. There's nothing these cheap RU-vid channels can teach me that Socrates and Confucius can't.
32-35. Story of my life. I was devastated not playing baseball because of Tommy John surgery. First month fell into depression, couldn’t do anything with my right hand, did everything with my left, homework, eating, and thought everything sucked. That still didn’t stop me from going to the gym and doing legs and working with what I got. I’ve never been so motivated and focused ever in my life. Patience is key my friends. On month 3 of a 12 month rehab and I’m excited I’m making so much progress!!!
undergoing TMS treatment right now (on my 20th treatment), been dealing with depression/anxiety since I was 13. Kevin Hart's The Decision audiobook is helping me so much right now (TBH its one of the few things that brings me positivity/hope). I've done years of therapy, even tried pilot studies at major universities and my condition didn't improve (long term wise). Really thankful for Joe and Kevin to do this podcast.
Kevin, I already looked up to you for what you've accomplished and for everything you've done to help others and to set a path for the future as you mentioned. After watching this podcast, it just made me respect you and look up to you even more. Thank you for being who you are and for being an amazing role model.
This has nothing to do with what you just said, but you're top comment with good amount of likes....everyone go look how Kevin Hart is getting roasted for being racist against white people(check his interviews too. Where he says hes only supporting black actor's) preaches equality and post 50 pictures of only black father lol....just trying to expose how black excellence, is the same as KKK..still skeptical...notice how nobody on HB productions is white...nobody on his XM show is white..nobody on stage with him is white...any charity gift he does, is never for a white person.....he may not be tall, but he isnt short on racism lol
@@growshopno imagine if Joe said you know what... black people have been kings of comedy for too long (Pryor, Murphy, Harvey, Chapelle, etc) it just not fair..for now on, I'm only supporting white comedians, they deserve to be kings of comedy too
I don't have a number of nights you cheer me up with your movies and shows, how many times I been down and your job help me to go through. And like me are millions others. I didn't know about your accident and what you went through. Thanks Joe for this and thanks you Kevin for what you are.
That was awesome Brother. I’m definitely going to find time to watch this again. It was worth watching it till the end. Wow. That’s all I can say. I’m blown away. Thank You…….!

I was about to go off on him for copying them dude but then I noticed that he credited the original post. Well play sir. Well played. JRE comment section salutes you.
Thank you Kevin for actually motivating me to start working out. I’ve struggled with my weight Ive lost a lot of weight but there’s more to go! I needed to see this video tonight 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
Shane, you're not a stud. You might try to steal that line to get some girl at a bar to come home with you, but believe me you aren't ready to fight guys like me. If we like the same girl, you need to back off for your own safety.
@@Zenigundam and if the girl wants the guy with smooth lines and not the guy that wants to fight? if that is the only thing that you bring to the game... and remember, there is always someone bigger and meaner than you.
These podcasts really help alot of ppl including myself, and I respect Joe for doing this and the ppl who share their knowledge. It is much appreciated and it's only going to get better for humanity because of it. Thank you!!!
RU-vid are embarrassing when you think of it, rather than publicise the biggest videos they ignore them - about 2 weeks ago the rapper 6ix9ines new music video got about 100million views in 2 days and they never put it on trending. Instread they trend random nonsense to promote things they want to promote.
Kevin Hart has always been a favourite of mine, especially with comedy and movies but listening to this opened up a different perspective for me, he is so motivational and inspiring, listening to him speak makes me want to kick my demons to the side and go get everything that I think I deserve, this man is a legend
In my 20s he made me laugh to the point of tears and stomach hurting. Now the last few years, being 32, I listen to different content from Kevin and it hits me so differently. And I appreciate every minute he shares. Same with Steve Harvey.
I’m 21 saving for a house with my girlfriend, working in a sawmill and I don’t really like my job but I know why I’m doing it so I can’t get a house and have a better future for my family 30 mins into this has gave me the motivation I need to keep going hard! Thanks lads
Love this. My husband and I did the same. I'm now 30, he's 36. We've got a beautiful 2 year old son and our hustle has allowed us to flip properties and also both have very fulfilling careers. Keep your head down and don't let idiots tell you investing time and money into a home and starting a life with someone isn't worth it.
Bravo, bravo!!! I cannot believe how "late" in my life have I arrived to this video, but I guess I needed to hear it today. Thank you both for such interview and Kevin you are such an inspiration. I always remember your joke about "your savings and checking accounts" genius! especially now that I am taking serious measures with my finances. Keep on going Kevin we are listening!
Friday, June 2, 2023, 13:12 hours. Still watching both of Kevs episodes on the JRE. Whenever i need some inspiration, i come back. Every single time. Come back to JRE Kev.
some people have a plan on living as a motivational speaker... But first got to do some shit, like walking the Everest. Its just funny to me. That their main goal can have every route in to it but that comes second..
I never gave podcasts a chance due to lack of time i guess but starting with Joe's podcast with Kevin Hart..deep stuff! and finaly get to see the real Kevin, inspirational stuff! Been a rough couple of years for me health/familywise. Was loosing track of those things due to work making me postponing medical tests/visits or people/doctors keepin me down and making give up on things. Time to take things into my own hands again. Much respect for both sharing this type of content in a world thats in a big rush where you have to be the best for others but not for yourself. Big fan!
You and Kevin got in a zone that blew away any motivational speaker known to us all! It was real, legit and inspiring on another level. Awesome! Big ups and may you both continue to do this for yourselves and the collective consciousness. 👍🏼🙏🏼🥰💕💕💕
Kevin Hart is an absolute blessing to this world and that man needs to be protected at all costs. How about this? I admire the both of you guys. Joe, now that you’re out in Austin I’m hoping to run into you one day to shake your hand and thank you eye to eye for what you’ve been doing. It’s great work and I truly appreciate it.
Yeah, ouch. Cheating is a huge loss of vision. Thinking that some other woman is going to be better than the beautiful and smart woman you got is just plain dumb. When you have an A+, there isn’t better. Be thankful and spend your time worshipping her, rather than finding someone to screw up your great marriage with.
@@michaelw7800 Highly successful men can cheat. It's not even a big deal. He can provide for all of his family's needs and be a great father and husband. What does it matter what he does with his dick on tour after he Skyped his kids to bed and talked to his wife. Who's getting hurt if he has a no-strings-attached extra-marital relation? As long as he doesn't bring that stuff home to his family; how is it even immoral? He's a loving, talented, caring man with a big heart... Even when he's cheating he's a better human being than most men in monogamous faithful relationships
It’s crazy, I went from no motivation, no credit to nothing going for me, I never really listened to pod cast before but I came across this and wow, u changed my perspective years ago, I can say I’m happy with myself and no longer depressed anymore, I have a lot going for my life and can’t wait to pus myself to do more, couldn’t be more thankful
Joe: So Kevin, do you eat breakfast? Kevin: You know what I appreciate most about breakfast, it allows you to take a “break” from the “fast” way of life. The accident taught me that fast isn’t always good, and we need to break away from it sometimes.
Joe your not lying about being motivated…….I just watched this for the first time. And I was locked in from the first second to the last minute. Best podcast yet, I woke up that next morning feeling different and positive and happy from what I heard the night before. And it was so surreal, I’m literally on the same path with how Kevin reaches out and helps people the way he does. And I preached it all day to everyone i saw. Inspirational, Beautiful, Inspiring, Kevin Hart blew my mind. And official is my Hero and I inspire to be that person someday
The world needs Kevin for another time and then, another and another. It's like with the blink of an eye the past 121 minutes just passed away and I've never felt more motivated and Inspired to go do shit. Thank You Kevin and Joe❤️
Dude I'm 13 and I watched this and today I've done 1 months worth of work and now I've changed how I think thank you and I hope one day I can tell you everything
You don’t have to be simple to be honest but to live simply, you have to be honest. Thanks to you both for this insight that I needed, and I’m 80 yrs. old.
He's talked about this idea before about how he can appreciate the sunshine in LA better than LA people because he grew up in Boston. But damn did he take something literal and make an excellently poetic metaphor!
I have to admit, Kevin Hart was deeper and insightful than I thought he would be. Immediately after this went back to the first interview which was amazing also and I am listening to his audiobook.
i mean i'm only 7 minutes in but he's talking as if there's any classes about managing money or mortgages in white communities, just automatically stupid assumptions about how good and different the white man's got it
@@selvieb7830 As a collectove for all black communities, no, there really isnt any classes like that being taught to black communites. This of course is excluding the few teachera that actually care and slil that in their ciriculum. But from experience, ive been to a few ghetto schools, and one I moved to a more "upper area", I saw the knowledge being taught vastly higher and more interesting. I learned more in 1 year then i did the previous 5. And this is specifically for high school financial classes. Most schools, especially black or lower class school dont have teachers that will teach you about car notes, stocks, loans, or any of the important stuff.
For real, life holds more important things than a career. Work, jobs, earning a living is key, but family is where it all starts > the core strengths....
After hearing his philosophy, way of living and dealing with life also his positiveness from the 2 podcasts, my respect for Kevin Hart has risen through the roof thanks kev for making us laugh and teaching us about dealing with life too
Today is Sunday, October 10th, 2021. I have watched this episode in its entirety, if i had to guess, maybe 8 times since it has come out. There is no doubt, that a decade from now I will STILL be coming back to this video to encourage and inspire myself to keep going. Kev and Joe are an incredible force together, I hope to god they find the time in the future to do this again.
I met Kevin Hart a couple years back when he was filming Jumanji 2 and I was on a lil powwow trail with my uncle. He was the most down to earth guy who was really interested in how powwows are our tradition. I'm a full blooded Navajo btw.
I love Kevin's positive attitude. He's right, negativity and being critical of others gets you nowhere, and makes you a loser. I can't wait to see his next terrible movie.
Once you reach the pinnacle it must be like grand theft auto 5 when you have 200 million. Just go around investing and buying businesses, cars, houses. You can only do that so much until you need to start doing things with purpose like helping the community. Unless you're heartless/soulless like kanye
When Kevin started talking about his parenting style I am in awe. A part of me wishes I was his kid. My parents never had anything like a free speaking time. They were unapproachable for any advice or talking to about problems. Anytime I said something I was feeling or nervous for or whatever they would tell others and make it a big deal, in the worst way possible, without solving anything or making it better.
Love Kevin Hart my second favorite behind Dave C. But I love ❤️ Kevin. He’s not only comedy fun, but also sharing his life’s journey good and bad and to see all his drive, ambition, work ethic, and family strong 💪 Mad respect for Kevin! Keep inspiring Kevin. Love ya
