Tristan was worth an interview but Joe needs to get Daniel on the pod by himself and he needs to do a deep dive on Daniel and his ideas. He needs a bigger platform, he is a gift to humanity and I know how ridiculous that sounds but we need him in the larger conversation.

I appreciate how Tristan is constantly striving to simplify and often prompts Daniel to explain. Communicating these ideas to a wider population is not an easy task. Bravo and keep it up!
Daniel has a deep and wide understanding of complex systems and the requirements for sense making. I've watched his conversation evolve over the last 10 years to an ever deepening capacity to ask the right questions for approximating what a third attractor might look like and how to get us closer to it. I feel that it would be necessary to have a series of podcasts with JRE, so that DS could plan the content over a span of several episodes, so that the information shared is easier to digest for viewership. You can't eat an elephant in one bite. It's going to take a lot of time to address all of the complexities of what's being discussed here. DS has done several other media pieces that deep dives into many of these questions in this episode since this was first recorded 3 years ago. Maybe the time is nigh for DS to fly solo on the JRE!
That series already kindasorta exists, on Nate Hagen's podcast. Nate and DS have done 6 or 7 I believe. Rogan isn't going to be able to keep up with it, whereas Nate is devoted to this territory.

Here is a concept/ idea.... intentionally find feminine spirits/ energy/ people to govern these moral issues. Masculine energy has a tendency to "fuck around and find out". That masculine vibration will wait to burn its hand .... then use the pain to teach others. I'm curious to know if we trained and raised strong women in the same manor and to the same fundental standards of the "traditional male" would generate a more wholesome solution. This is my first listen to Joe Rogan. Because I have listened to both Tristan Harris and Daniel Schmachtenberger and wanted to hear how Joe responds to their views. I think he is respectful. If only his "usual" fanlisteners would listen too. This podcast has so few listens. The views are clearly not something regular Joe Rogan listeners want to hear. Unfortunately it is just what they should start to hear and understand. That said. I am glad this talk is out there ❤

It's been said a lot in the comments but Daniel needs to come on again. People need to get out of the trap of giving attention to the cultural gossip and partisan division and develop a framework for thinking about the actual important issues to move toward uniting humanity

The most disconcerning stuff on social media is pointed out by "traditional" media. Not by social media itself. For instance in 2022 algorithms responsible for recommendations only 0.4% of these directed to content labeled extreme. Question is why are people radically shift their views? Facebook and co didn't create jan. 6th (example), that is my only disagreement after this talk.
